Rain with Scarface

Rain is in our world a simple concept in which water out of the seas or other wet areas evaporate. It then goes up into the sky and starts to gather in the clouds, making rain clouds. Once it's too heavy, rain clouds lose weight again by dropping the water (aka raining). To ninja's, rain is actually a way of attacking. It's seen to be used by Amegakure ninjas, and mostly it's an offensive way by hardening the rain in several ways and sending it at the enemy.


*I start by closing my eyes and focusing my suiton chakra in my body. I keep the focus up, and keep the amount steady, also making sure the chakra does not turn turbulent. Once I'm satisfied with the amount and nature of my chakra, I start molding my wind chakra with it. I repeat the proces, making sure the amount isn't too high to overlap the suiton chakra, and toning them so that they are in balance. I then send this mixture into the sky.*

Ok good. Now, I want you to focus that chakra into tiny rain drops and try to bring them down in that solidified water state.

Alright.

After sending the chakra into the sky, I manipulate it once more. I try to control the entire mass of chakra that I've sent in before. I keep my cool, and try to get a grip on it. Once I've found out that I'm taking control of it, I start to form the chakra. I try to make it more solid, and into little raindrops, but at first this seems a bit hard. I try again, and focus to do both actions at once. I solify the water, and force it into the shape of little raindrops.
