OOC: On the positive side you don't have to waste a CJ slot to create it. (;

Keep a tip in mind when using this technique. Any rain technique manipulated throughout the gluey rain area would naturally also be gluey.

Pretty simple technique, by utilizing the falling rain beside you, I want you to manipulate the rain water and create a reflection of yourself just as if you were looking at a mirror minus in the reversed effect. This clone is very different than other clones. Unlike regular clones this clone will mimic your every movement.
As the rain falls over the training arena, Hal channels his chakra once again to into the falling raindrops. He manipulates it in such a way that it creates a reflection of himself in the falling raindrops such that it looks like a clone. Since it is just a reflection, it copies every movement that Hal makes.

Boo-yaa

Strong points
  • This is more like an illusion that will affect even the Nerukas.
  • The opponent wouldn't know if its just a clone or illusion.
  • The opponent would be confused about the actual location of the user.
  • No handseals required
Weak points
  • Doesn't do any damage
  • Only Short Range
Combinations-strategies: Use it in the midst of a Tai fight. Since it requires no handseal, it would be super effective.

Ways to counter this technique: Destroy it Ofc xD
Use a large scale jutsu like
(Doton: Ganchūsō) - Earth Release: Stone Spikes
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: This technique lets the user create a few rock pillars that will protrude from the ground to skew the target. The rock pillars will even pass through obstacles to reach their target if these are less dense. The pillars/spikes can be done in any earthen surface, including other earth techniques of the user.
to attack both the opponents.

OOC: Nerukas? You mean Nekura? ;p

Good, as you said it is a very good technique to use in close combat in order to confuse your enemy. It is also a good technique if you can approach your target with speedy techniques, confusing him/her even further, having to focus on more than one target.

(Amegakure No Jutsu) - Hidden Rain Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that can only be used in rain to conceal oneself, this jutsu is considered a dynamic form of henge. After performing a row of hand-seals, the user seems to disappear. In truth, they have merely assumed a form that mimics rain. Fast movements and physical contact with others may reveal the user
This technique is very similar to the hiding in water technique. After performing an unknown number of hand-seals, (rofl) I want you to focus your chakra throughout your body and the rain around you, allowing you to conceal yourself by mimicking the falling rain in around you. This is very similar to the concealment technique however you don't use lighting, instead you use the rain itself as cover by manipulating it.

OOC: One Neruka, multiple Nerukas :p

After receiving the instructions, I form a set of 63 handseals (most of them being fake) and channel my chakra into the falling raindrops. By being one with the rain, I try concealing my movements my matching with the falling raindrops. Once done, I move around to show my effective jutsu.

Strong points
  • I can just disappear.
Weak points
  • Can't run when using this. It will reveal my location.
  • Requires a row of handseals :p
Combinations-strategies: Well, once you are hidden, you can use anything and your opponent will have trouble countering it.

Ways to counter this technique: Stop the rain :p
Or use swamp over a large area that would capture the opponent no mater where he is.

OOC: Tsk tsk, you are getting sloppy again!

You can't disappear per say so your listed strong point is not 100% accurate. What other strong points can you think of for this technique? As for the combinations, you can't do ANYTHING. But you can do quite a lot. But I am no mind reader so would you mind telling me what would you do in that situation?

How would you stop the rain exactly? And why would you do so in the first place? Your target suddenly vanished, stopping the rain would be a strong form of metagaming xD And c'mon.. swamp again? think outside the box a bit. I will not tolerate swamp and spikes for the rest of the combos!! We've barely begone and I've already seen similar counters or combos listed :\

Use that noggin!

Repeat please.

Weak points

Combinations-strategies: Well, once you are hidden, you can use anything and your opponent will have trouble countering it.
The user can use taijutsu and the opponent won't be able to counter it cuz he won't know the location.

Ways to counter this technique:
Use Shuriken shadow clone jutsu over the entire area. Now even if your opponent has vanished, it doesn't always mean he has used some S/T technique. The probability of it being a camouflage is higher.
Or use large scale jutsu like Great Fire Majestic Annihilation with the same logic.

OOC: That's fine, no need to apologize. That's what training is all about ^_^

Good however, you wouldn't necessarily be able to use taijutsu without being noticed. Why? Because most if not all taijutsu techniques require fast movements or else there would not be enough momentum to deal enough damage. You would be required to move your limbs at regular speed and by that I mean, "slowly" moving them as if you were to extend your arm to shake someone's hand, drastically reducing your force behind the strike.

(Hitoshirenu Ame Sai) - Hidden Rain Slash
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user manipulates their chakra to condense a single raindrop into a more solid form. The raindrop becomes as sharp as a blade. The disadvantage to this jutsu is that the raindrop falls in a straight line.
I want you to focus on a single raindrop anywhere within medium range distance from yourself. You will then proceed to shape manipulate the drop itself, causing it's molecules to contract, making it into a solid of sorts. As the rain drops solidifies I want you to shape the edges of it and make them thin/sharp, enabling you to "pierce" into the target that it falls on. Keep in mind though, you are unable to manipulate the destination of the raindrop as it will be naturally falling down in a straight line.

As explained, I channel my chakra into the falling raindrops. Slowly and steadily I manipulate one particular molecule of it above the opponent (who is mid-range from me) to compress and contract and thus giving it a property of solid of sorts. Once done, I use shape manipulation to make it thin and sharp so that each molecule might have certain cutting powers. I then let it fall on the opponent.

Strong points
  • The user won't see this jutsu coming as it is already raining and when he realizes it, it would already be late.
  • No handseals required
Weak points
  • Doesn't do much damage. Its just C rank.
Combinations-strategies: Use jutsu like spikes and/or swamp (lol) and when the opponent jumps (most of them use hurricane fist) use this particular jutsu. The advantage here is that the opponent won't even be able to see the shadow. So, bingo!

Ways to counter this technique: No idea lol. Just hope that my opponent doesn't use this against me. But even if he uses, I don't think this would do so much damage that I cannot continue the fight.

OOC: It doesn't do much damage, it's just a C rank? ,_, you could use that weak point for all the C ranks.. Another MAJOR weak point is the fact that it falls on a straight line so if your target moves even an inch, it will miss it's intended location. As far as the countering goes, yeah it's a pretty tricky one. I would say that it surely depends on your current situation in the battle. Because lets say its already naturally raining and you condense the rain drop, it's pretty hard to notice it without any means of sensing or anything of the sort. In our current RP I would expect something like; "I find it strange that you're not moving or doing anything which means you probably started a sneak attack on me so I start running towards you, or attack you somehow that allows me to dodge the rain drop." < NB101

(Ame Kasui no jutsu) - Rain Spike Technique
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user of this technique must place chakra into one or more raindrops. As the drops of rain hit the ground they create a small sized spike of water from puddles on the ground. For this technique to work there must be water on the ground and it must be raining.
This technique requires a bit of prep work, although nothing too major. After you've allowed it to rain for a turn or so (give or take) or it has already been raining naturally, you will look around the battlefield of a naturally created rain puddle of water. As the rain drops fall on the rain puddle, I want you to shape manipulate the source and create a small sized spike of rain water that pierces your selected target. Needless to say, the puddle needs to be close to your desired target.

OOC: Lol I was gonna do that, had you not mentioned it here xD

As explained, I gather my chakra within my body and channel it into the falling raindrops. As it falls and touches the ground, I use shape manipulation and change the shape of the water molecule into long elongated needle. Since there are multiple raindrops falling, I manage to create a full field of needles to hurt my opponent.

Strong points
  • Since this uses falling raindrops and shape manipulating them, the opponent wouldn't notice the changes at his feet.
  • No handseals required
Weak points
  • Requires preparation. You need some water on the field
  • The needles are not long enough
Combinations-strategies: Use techniques that come from above (like Earthen Lid) which captures the opponent's attention before using this technique

Ways to counter this technique: After you have figured out the attack, use

(Doton: Domu) – Earth Release: Earth Spear Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A (+10 to physical attacks)
Description: After performing the Snake hand seal the user will channel their chakra throughout their entire body, which then hardens their skin to a steel-like quality. This increases their defensive power to the utmost limits. The user’s skin also becomes much darker, an almost black colour. The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.
Note: Kakuzu bios can use this technique without the need for handseals

OOC: Just keep in mind when you perform this technique that it's not an actual needle nor can you make an entire "field" of them like you described. Its a single, small, spear of rain water. This is basically a typical water technique that relies on the usage of rainwater which is essentially the same thing. However you aren't materializing it, you are already using a source present on the field.

(Ame no Yari) - Rain Spear
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for a short amount of time (three posts). If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.
Another technique performed in the clouds. I want you to manipulate a large volume of rain drops and gather them within a single spot, shape manipulating them into a condensed spear of rainwater. This spear is similar in size to an average sized spear used in close combat, roughly 6-5 ft. You can choose to either leave the spear hiding within the clouds or call it down upon your target immediately. However keep in mind that after a certain amount of time the focused chakra will disperse and release the condensed manipulation of the spear, causing it to turn into harmless water that falls back down.

I use shape manipulation to form the entity into the shape of a spear. Once done, I use a single handseal to make the spear come down on my enemy, making the spear pierce through his shoulder.

Strong points
  • It casts no shadows
  • It can be summoned anytime (within the next 3 posts)
  • Requires no handseals for creation.
Weak points
  • Cannot be used on an opponent who is moving.
Combinations-strategies: I will use (Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source
to trap the opponent at one place. Naturally, he will get out of it using some jutsu. This is when I will use this particular jutsu when he won't be ready to counter an unexpected attack.

Ways to counter this technique: It folows the same concept of Hidden Rain Slash. Except here the 'drop' is a huge spear.

OOC: You didn't specify a weakpoint which is also included in the description of the technique. As for the ways to counter, you failed to include a counter as well, you only mentioned that it was similar to the hidden rain slash technique. Also, I want you to include another combination while pretending your technique works. What if, for example, your gushing water worked? You'd be unable to call down your spear because you'd be focused on the sphere of water.

  • Cannot be used on an opponent who is moving.
  • The rain stops for a moment while condensing, revealing irregularities and so the opponent might take some necessary action.

Another method is to use paralysing genjutsu (don't ask me which one, I have sooooooooo many of them xD) to stop the opponent at one place before using this particular jutsu on him.

Ways to counter this technique: Once you figure out the attack, use hurricane fist to evade it.
OOC: Use hurricane fist to evade how exactly? I am no mind reader, you have to describe exactly how you would use a technique to do what you're saying.

(Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Rain Capture Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.
I want you to manipulate countless rain drops and manipulate them onto your target's body, causing them to attach themselves like glue, though not entirely so. Once enough rainwater has attached to the opponent's body, it will begin to attach itself to the ground beneath your target, successfully holding them in place.

OOC: Well, it depends on the situation in the battlefield. But mostly, I'll use it to fly up and away from the ground.

I start by channeling my chakra into the falling raindrops and manipulate its cohesive property so that it starts sticking to the opponent's body as much as possible. Once done, I start manipulating the molecules so that they stick with the objects around them as well, which makes my opponent to be held in place thanks to the water on his legs.

Strong points
  • The opponent won't realize anything until he is actually stuck
  • It will stick the opponent's two hands together making him unable to form handseals. (Will it?....cuz I made a CJ which got declined long back that was supposed to do the same thing :p)
Weak points
  • It takes time to hold the opponent in place
  • It would be usless on a moving target
Combinations-strategies: I'll make a clone before hand and let the clone do this jutsu while I use paralysing genjutsus to hold my opponent in place.
Or I'll use this jutsu while my clone entertains him close range.

Ways to counter this technique: Always be on the move.
Or we can also use
(Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.
to forcefully lift you into the air while making a counter attack
