Dean makes his way to the training field, where he would teach a student that Minato, his team mate, had taught in Kenjutsu. Nonetheless, this time they would be doing Rain training. Rain, which Dean had taught to quite a number of people lately, it was becoming more and more popular, or perhaps people were just becoming more skilled. Dean has a bag on his back, and some "motivation" in the form of a bottle of Gin.
"Hello there, I am Dan Winchester of the Nekura clan. I will teaching you Rain o-o. Since it doesn't require any chakra papers, and such, lets go on with it. Tell me, what do you know about Rain? How is it formed? And how did it feel fighting with just Wind and Water in your test?"
Dean crossed his arms as he waited for his student to answer him.
"Oh, and what's your name?"

Dean listens to Ryo's explanation, which was very well done. Without any problem, Dean nods his head in agreement and clears his throat as he prepares himself to say something.
"Very good, Ryo. The Wind aspect is basically to give the rain shape, making it sharp and fast (you'll see when we go through the techniques). Anyway, your usage of Water was very good, but you did lack a bit of Wind usage, no worries though. I believe you'll be able to get the hang of Rain easily. Now, let us begin. My way of training is simple, I will explain the technique to you, then I want you to analyse it for me (I've noticed that this method works well with Rain). In this analysis, you will include what you think of the technique, advantages and disadvantages etc.
Now, make it Rain first O___O"
Dean crosses his arms as he waits for Ryo to make it Rain.
With the rain starting to fall, Dean starts off. Rain was quite easy to teach these days as the students understood it pretty easily. Dean then remembers the time when he had Rain himself, he never used it to its full extent.
"Alright, let's start with the first technique, Ryo! First off, create your Rain based chakra by combining your Wind and Water chakra natures. You will then manipulate this chakra, to start and gather rain drops to the palms of your hands. You will then use your chakra to form these rain drops into a pressurized orb of Rain. This orb is then launched towards the opponent, causing them to be sent back with great force, causing blunt damage. Easy to use, and create too. It requires no hand seals, so there's that too. Analyse it for me."
"Very good, and I see you have some questions as well. A bit slower than rasengan, I would say. The technique purely relies upon the thrusting movement, which releases the compressed orb in the form of a blast. So, its almost like a projectile when released outwards, meaning you unfortunately have no power over it, after its departure from your hand/palm. The range is simply Short range (OOC: Its all good, makes for some more realistic questions and RP). Here you go."
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: By focusing chakra into the user's hand they are able to gather rain drops towards their palms, the rain is molded together by chakra and forged into a high pressured orb. Once done the orb will shoot away from the users hand and the user will be knocked back. If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced.
"Now the next technique is one I think you will fancy. Without the need of hand seals, you will focus your Rain based chakra into the falling rain, and cause it to change compounds, which makes the rain sticky. This binds the opponent down towards the ground, for up to two turns, and the technique itself, lasts for two turns. Analyse it for me. Its quite special, albeit, only C rank in power."
"No, the chakra in the Rain is from the C ranked technique. Every rain technique has a chakra cost for the reason of you sending your Rain based chakra (created from Water and Wind) into the falling Rain, the manipulating it for various functions. Or at least that's how I interpret itand no, you don't need to perform it. Well done, overall. Here you go."
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: When user makes it rain and then changes the compounds of the water(materials in the air). Then makes the rain sticky which binds the opponent in place for 2 turns.this jutsu lasts for 2 turns.
"Now, for the next technique, I want you to create a reflection of yourself through manipulation of your Rain based chakra. This reflection looks exactly like you, however, this clone is not capable of inflicting physical harm or even moving objects. The clone is merely capable of mimicking everything you do. A tactical technique, which should be used uniquely (which I know you will). Analyse it for me."
"I don't think that there's a difference, in terms of a delay or such, or it would have been stated. Nobody really pays any attention to it, though it is an interesting question (will ask around). Anyway, yes, I also imagine it as a mirage like clone, and its like a normal clone in terms of appearance. Just analysis is fine with me, since I know you can perform it right. I don't think it needs to be maintained. Anyway, here you go."
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique creates a reflection of the user, this clone is unable to touch physical objects or cause harm. Every move that the user makes the clone mimics at the same time. The reflection clone is destroyed after one hit, this is a tactical technique.
"Now, after performing a row of hand seals (according to the description), you will use your Rain chakra, in order to assume a form that mimics the falling rain (can only be used in rain, obviously). This basically hides you, as you look exactly like the rain, and can be used to stealthily approach an opponent and launch a surprise attack. Fairly useful, however, physical contact and fast movements break the technique, revealing your position. Overall useful, but best used if you are close to the opponent, about to deliver the killing blow."
"Yes, the opponent would still be able to see your footsteps, since you have to be able to interact with the physical world. This can not be maintained with other techniques, since this is only used to conceal you temporarily. Anyway, very good, here you go."
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that can only be used in rain to conceal oneself, this jutsu is considered a dynamic form of henge. After performing a row of hand-seals, the user seems to disappear. In truth, they have merely assumed a form that mimics rain. Fast movements and physical contact with others may reveal the user
"Now, we'll be doing two techniques at a time. The first technique starts off by manipulating your Rain based chakra, and using it to condense a single raindrop. Through shape manipulation, you will make this raindrop as sharp as a blade, which is capable of piercing through the skull of the opponent. However, it simply falls in a straight line, which makes a technique to only use if you know the opponent is constricted. So, basically, any raindrop up to Mid range around the opponent can be made as such.
After that, you will place some of your Rain based chakra, into the falling raindrops. As these chakra filled raindrops fall onto a puddle of water, it causes a small spike to rise from said puddle. This is capable of inflicting C rank damage, and can be used strategically too to stagger the opponent. Can only be used if there are puddles on the ground, obviously."
OOC: Exactly, sorry that I did not clarify this.
"Its just hyperbole to say "through the skull", it is very sharp though and its up to interpretation as to how sharp exactly. A raindrop sized blade projectile, falling at approximately 10 m/s downwards, could possibly pierce through a skull hence my initial statement on it. Either way, it inflicts quite some damage, no? Very sneaky, yes. No turns, simply when the drops fall, the spike is created and pierces the opponent. No clarification as to where and how you would explain it, hence I said it must be on a wet terrain where there is a large amount of water on the ground (which form puddles). Anyway, here you go."
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user manipulates their chakra to condense a single raindrop into a more solid form. The raindrop becomes as sharp as a blade. The disadvantage to this jutsu is that the raindrop falls in a straight line.
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user of this technique must place chakra into one or more raindrops. As the drops of rain hit the ground they create a small sized spike of water from puddles on the ground. For this technique to work there must be water on the ground and it must be raining.
"Now for the next two techniques. Use your Rain based chakra to condense a large amount of Rain to a single spot in the sky above the opponent. You will then use shape manipulation to form this mass of Rain water, into a spear of Rain. This spear of rain waits for your command, for up to three turns, where you can simply call it to fall down with a single hand seal. When it is not used in that time, it will fall uselessly as Rain again. The technique is easy to notice, as there is a pause in the rain for that moment that it forms/when the Rain condenses.
After that, an interesting technique where you will use your Rain chakra in an unorthodox way. You will use the Rain chakra, to cause Rain water to be attracted to a target of your choice, in this case, your opponent. The rain water would converge upon him, and eventually also attach to the ground, where it will hold the opponent."
"Very good, only when the technique is activated, is the chakra spent. Nonetheless, here you go."
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for a short amount of time (three posts). If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.
"Last two C rank techniques. The first one is fairly confusing, as it has many description flaws (Went to Scorps about this, and we are re-writing it). Anyway, the technique is simple, through manipulation of your Rain based chakra, you will create clones of yourself around drops of Rain. These clones are harmless, and disappear once they hit the ground (like raindrops fall) and just act as a distraction. This technique is utterly useless except for some tactical usage. It can also just be used Short range of you.
After that, a technique I like very much, you will use the opponent's clothes as a medium for the rain water. Through manipulation of your Rain based chakra, you will cause the opponent's clothes to fully retain the water that is falling. This means the opponent becomes heavier and heavier, or rather, his clothes (nice way to get the ladies to show some skin, cause the way to counter it is to remove the clothes z,z). Anyway, it doesn't create water, and needs to be used when it is raining."
