I mean like most of the other techniques, it's good for a few reasons. One is the surprise effect. If you are good with tactics and plan accordingly, these types of techs can be fatal. The killing power and lethality is another thing I like about it. Most of the rain techs act like knives so they can pack killing power if used right

Good. How would YOU counter the technique if used against you?

Notice the hesitation of my opponent in conjunction with the rain and react or just move forward with a tech
Good, let's move forward.

(Amagasa no Jutsu) - Umbrella Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

Tell me something about the technique. And how would you use it? *cough* clone *cough*. And how would you counter against this.

I'll use this for some real OG shit if someone attacks me from above. I wouldn't have my clone do this lol. Clones can be doing much more useful shit. Countering this would be easy af, either making a solid fall from above or taking advantage of my opponent because his hand would be occupied or whatever holding this umbrella.

How would you figure out your opponent using this against you, or... well, for himself. (Use logic, you have learned this technique too... so) < hint .-.

Good, almost A-Rank.

(Touketsu Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Frozen Rain Capture Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: An advance version of rain capture where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail)in the form of a net or a dome to capture the opponent.

Well, the rain does the work basically, but you must maintain chakra within to successfully use this technique, so the rain shall become so cold, that you can form and shape it into a net or a dome to capture your opponent by sending some rain higher into the ground and so forwards onto your opponent while you shape it into a dome, or net.

How would you use it, and how would you counter against it.

I would use this as a surprise attack basically since there is no indication. The net would approach from above as I find a different means of attacking.

to counter I would notice the shadow maybe of the net or notice the displacement of rain

WRONG. It's rainy, so you won't see any shadow whatsoever. (it's dark) You'll notice by the change of the weather though, it'll become much colder.

(Touketsu Ame Aikuchi) - Frozen Rain Dagger
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: An advance version of rain daggers where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail).

Remember what I told you.

I would use this for attacks similar to all the other daggers.

inwould counter by noticing the change in temperature caused by the rain going high into the clouds?

As my opponent is distracted by my good lucks/techniques I send my chakra into the rain and manipulate the drops. I cause the drops to raise higher and higher in the sky until it reaches an altitude forcing it into a frozen state. The frozen rain drop then falls down as a dagger.

swell

(Touketsu Ame Ittou) - Frozen Rain Blade
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: An advance version of rain blade where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail) and unlike the original they do not turn back into train until after 3 turns.

Now instead of a dagger, create a blade. Should be easy. No need to describe how to use it in battle's since you have already explained the same with the dagger, and both can be created in the same manner and creativity etc.
