(Ame Tama no Jutsu) - Rain Bullet Technique
-How you perform it: After hearing the instructions from Noctis, I start to focus my chakra into my right hand. As I do this I raise my right hand into the sky, this allows me to gather rain drops into my hand. As the rain drops gather in my hand I begin to mold the rain together with chakra which creates a high pressure orb. Now that I have the orb created in my right hand, I throw it, the same way one would throw a ball when they're playing dodgeball, because of force I get knocked back.
-Advantages: This technique allows the user to push the opponent backwards and into Mid-range. Also if you have a trap behind the opponent you could use this to push towards it.
-Disadvantages: This technique doesn't cause any damage to the opponent. Since it's used in short range and it's a D-rank I guess if the opponent gets hit by it he/she will only be pushed back into mid-range. In my opinion it takes a long time to prepare this jutsu.
-How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: I could basically jump and use the D-rank wind stream technique which allows me move whilst in the air, so I could easily change direction. I could also create the B-rank Earth dome with an opening to my left, the orb hits the dome causing no damage to it. There's many more ways but I could go all day. xD
-The picture of the technique and/or anything else that you find interesting: Even tho you can use wind jutsus to push the opponent backwards it's good to have other jutsus which allow you to do same thing. So I really like the fact that I place a trap behind the opponent and then make him come short-range fighting me with taijutsu. If it's raining I can do this to push him backwards and into my trap.
-Questions?: Yeah just one. Since this technique is used in short-range, if I hit my opponent would he be pushed into mid-range only? or could he be pushed into long-range? The reason I ask is because the technique is only a D-rank.

(Secchakuzai no Kouu) - Rain of Glue
-How you perform it: Once again after listening to Noctis's directions I start gather chakra and then I send it into the rain. This allows me to change the rains compounds, by doing this I make the rain really sticky, sticky enough that it should bind the opponent in place for two turns.
-Advantages: If the technique goes through then you pretty much can attack the opponent with any Earth jutsu that strikes him from the ground. I was thinking some thing like the C-rank stone spikes which would rise beneath the opponent and strike him, probably breaking some of his bones. Also if you use an earth jutsu the opponent wouldn't be able to use lightning to defend himself since he would also take damage from his lightning since the sticky thing trapping him is made of water.
-Disadvantages: It's only a C-rank. I think if the user uses that added weight rock technique, he should be able to easily release himself from sticky rain which traps him. This only binds the opponent meaning he has his hands free, so the opponent can perform hand seals and perform jutsus.
-How would you defend yourself from this jutsu: You can stop the rain before the user even thinks about using this. Also one can the use the added weight technique to release themselves if they get trapped.
-The picture of the technique and/or anything else that you find interesting: Something I find interesting is that the opponent is trapped for two turns. So if you get to trap him you can take advantage and attack him with earth jutsus. Also if you're sneaky enough since he can't move you can strike him with Kenjutsu and Taijutsu.
