well, actually it's sunrise, but hey who cares? that storm's still coming! we'll have plenty of rain.

well rain is basically water in the sky. the vapor close to the ground being blown up by hot air and high in the sky chills and gather into clouds. then as these clouds get bigger and bigger, they contains more and more vapour (water) and sooner or later start to fall down. this is done in small drops of water what is called rain. in our RP this rain can be made artifically by our chakra and is used for jutsus.

Well rain is a natural thing and if the weather is stormy, it wouldn't be a surprise if rain starts. that time anything that uses rain as a base have the advantage of being unexpected and hidden. as rain falls from the skyies, any attack that uses rain comes from above, creating an another "side" where the user can attack. you can use rain to attack, create a water source, block your opponent's eyesight (well if the rain is heavy enough) or trap your opponent. you can also use it to boost lightning based attacks or hide different types of "rain based" jutsus.

Yeah, it is fun if you made it rain and the opponent uses nagashi to block your attack, and they don't remember the rain. And you are all like... MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.. uhum.. *cough*

Now, before we can begin we actually need rain clouds. Could you make those for me, using any jutsu you know?

The first technique!

(Ame Tama no Jutsu) - Rain Bullet Technique

Description: By focusing chakra into the user's hand they are able to gather rain drops towards their palms, the rain is molded together by chakra and forged into a high pressured orb. Once done the orb will shoot away from the users hand and the user will be knocked back. If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced.

Focus your rain chakra into your hand whilst in the rain to gather drops of rain in your palm. You then mould the rain together and force it into a pressured orb of water. Then, you will shoot the orb towards the opponent at once, knocking yourself back and sending the opponent flying.

*I gather a small amount of rain chakra in my right hand and release a part of it into the air and in my palm. Then as I'm ready, I use this chakra to drain the rain drops in the air that are falling toward my hand into my palm. Once I have a small amount of rain in my hand I form a little orb from it and start to compress it, while at the same time still gather the rain drops. I continue this until I have a decent sized orb of water in my palm which is extremely compressed. Then I stretch my arm toward your clone and use my chakra to release the water from the orb in a single but powerful blast, which hits your clone and make her poof away, while sending me backward.*

Advantage:
- well hard to find any. it can shoot me in 1 direction while at the same time attack or block incoming attacks.

Disadvantage:
- extremely low rank
- slow executing time (gather rain and shoot it)
- short range

How to defend:
- any jutsu that is at least D-ranked can block it except fire and lightning
- keep moving so my opponent can't hit me
- disperse the clouds so the rain stops

- is it shooting me backward even if I stand on the ground?

Description: When user makes it rain and then changes the compounds of the water(materials in the air).Then makes the rain sticky which binds the opponent in place for 2 turns.this jutsu lasts for 2 turns.

Focus your rain chakra and send it into the previous created rain to change it's compounds to some kind of sticky liquid that will bind the opponent in one place for two whole turns.

(Touei Ame Bushin) - Reflection Rain Clone

- dry up the sticky water
- use a water tech to wash it away
- destroy the clouds to prevent the technique

(Touei Ame Bushin) - Reflection Rain Clone

*I gather a smaller amount of water chakra in my body and then release it into the air. Then I direct it into the clouds and add the chakra to the water drops. As the water drops reach the ground, I use this rain chakra and the rain drops and "form" a clone of myself. However it's only a shell what has my appearance and only moves when, where and how I do.*

Advantages:
- makes the opponent think I made a clone
- if I'm hiding I can use it to distract the opponent

Disadvantages:
- can't attack
- can only move where, when and how I do

How to defend:
- destroy it anyway you want

(Amegakure No Jutsu) - Hidden Rain Technique

*I watch and memorize the hand seals then perform them. While doing so I gather a decent amount of rain chakra in my body and release it high into the sky. Then I infuse the rain with my chakra and let it fall down with the rain drops. When the rain chakra reaches me, I make the rain drops slide on my body, while parts of it take up the looks and colors of the environment behind me. With this it seems like I disappeared into the rain.*

Advantages:
- another concealing jutsu
- can be mistaken with genjutsu

Disadvantages:
- only slow movements

How to defend:
- use dojutsu
- use sensing abilities
- stop the rain

(Hitoshirenu Ame Sai) - Hidden Rain Slash

*I gather a decent amount of rain chakra in my body and as before release it high into the sky. Then I chose a single rain drop and channel this chakra into it. When it's done, I form the raindrop into a longer senbon like form and compress it as much as I can. With this I get a long rain drop with a sharp tip. Then as the rain drop falls, due to the height and it's increased weight, it'll get a decent speed what will be enough to pierce living organisms at a certain point.*

Advantages:
- can do serious damage
- stay hidden until the very last moment
- attack from above

Disadvantages:
- only one rain drop
- low rank
- hard to aim if the target moves

How to defend:
- have to expect attack from above
- keep moving
- stop the rain

(Ame Kasui no jutsu) - Rain Spike Technique

Description: The user of this technique must place chakra into one or more raindrops. As the drops of rain hit the ground they create a small sized spike of water from puddles on the ground. For this technique to work there must be water on the ground and it must be raining.

Focus your chakra into raindops. When they hit the ground they will change puddles, created by the rain, into small sized spikes.

(Ame no Yari) - Rain Spear

Description: By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for a short amount of time (three posts). If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.

Use your chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place whereafter you create a spear from it in the clouds. The spear can be called down to strike an opponent at any time, by performing one handseal.
