explain this one yourself. It's pretty simple and if it would create a source of water it'd be great.

By infusing my chakra into the rain I manipulate the rain to gather on a random target, resulting in the rain drops being drawn towards the target attaching themselves to them and eventually to the ground, binding them.

I send my water-natured chakra into my opponent's clothing, basically making it attract water in such a way that the rain drops that come in contact with it soak themselves in the clothing completely and as more and more rain drops make contact with the clothing it keeps getting heavier.

This is a neat technique. You can focus your chakra into the rain clouds in the sky. Creating a clone of youself that looks like you and has the same color and clothing. Just it's still a cloud. It can attack like any other clone. Only using rain jutsus tho.

If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

Perform the hand seals and focus your chakra into the rain and stick your hands out. Create a wall of water. Make sure your hands are on the water wall at all times or it will fall.

(Ooki Kouu no Jutsu) - Big Rain Skill

Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.

This jutsu is a bit misleading. You combine some rain drops into a nuclei, just as you would for chibaku tensei (by putting a black ball and having the rocks draw to it.) but once you drop this big rain drop it can't do any real damage. Which is weird.

I want ways to use this in battle and Counters instead of Advantages and Disadvantages.

I then manipulate the rain to gather infront of me, merging together to form a dense wall of water, basically solid using my hands as a medium to maintain it, keeping them connected with the wall.

This one is so weird ._. as for a way to use it well, I guess to distract the opponent and mainly annoy them as the drops are quite big, also resulting in making the opponent.. wet faster, so might be useful when used together with "Rain Capture Technique". As to counter it, I guess a big wind technique to dispose of the source, being the clouds would suffice.

Most OP c rank of all time, behind Stone Spikes of course. Focus your chakra and manipulate a single raindrop and make it as sharp as a blade. This rain drop is undetectable unless by a senor/dojutsu and even then they'd have to look up and think on of the drops of rain is going to hit them.

Condense a large of rain in one place in the clouds, create a spear of water in the clouds. You have three posts so 1 turn basically to bring it down .

I then weave a single handseal manipulating the created spear of rainwater to fall downward to strike my target from above.

I assume you mean the C-Rank spear one and yeah, I can tell why the C-Rank one might be better since it can sustain itself for a longer period of time. However, by the looks of it the spear is created inside the clouds while this one does not imply such a thing and should be able to be created anywhere within range at whatever angle, right?

I send my chakra into the rain just as it falls down from the clouds and by manipulating my chakra I basically bounce the rain drops upward while I have them converge in one one another, shaping the raindrops into a net which as it rises freezes and as it's frozen I have it fall back down, trapping my target in a frozen net.

The difference between their counterparts are that they first have to be bounced into the clouds in order for their temperature to lower and freeze. Difference between both techniques is that the dagger immediately falls down while the blade, if it's the same as the non-frozen counterpart in that aspect can be kept in the clouds for a few turns before making it fall down.

I slam my hands down onto the ground, surging my water chakra through the ground and into small, nearby water sources and by infusing the water sources with my chakra I send them upward into the dried out clouds, replenishing them allowing it to rain once more.

Kinda cool, tell me how you would use it. Creating a trident behind the user where they can't see you is a way i would xD

Well, going off the technique description it should deal 60 points of damage but yeah, the description is weird z.z especially the amount of hand seals, doesn't seem to be worth using it since a rasengan, being similair to this technique in the way you hit the opponent is way more effective.

Rain clones + Tajuu o-o basic lol no need to do anything but understand with this one.
Understood, seems pretty useful when constantly moving around, confusing the opponent.

Ame toraidento no Jutsu) - Rain Trident Technique

Description: A powerful jutsu that uses chakra to gather rain and form it into a long Trident. The Trident is able to change lengths at the user's well and thanks to the chakra has a somewhat solid form. The Trident returns to its' normal state shortly after creation. When the trident cuts into an object, it expands into said object causing more damage and sometimes can even be used to break bones.

Kinda cool, tell me how you would use it. Creating a trident behind the user where they can't see you is a way i would xD
Pretty cool yeah, though depending on the use it seems pretty straightforward at the same time. I guess I would use it when I need a technique that makes no sound as by the looks of it it shouldn't, so while my opponent's vision is obstructed by let's say mist or bringer of darkness I would take advantage of their obstructed eye-sight and pierce them with a trident, poseidon style.

One question though, the part where it says the user can change the trident's length at will makes it seem like it can be maintained as long as I focus on it but then the other part of the description says it returns to it's normal state shortly after creation o-o

yea that's the case for a lot of rain techs it seems. I think it'll last when you make it until the next turn. I'll ask around to get an exact time.

(Kadou Tsunami no Jutsu) - Vortex Tsunami Technique

Description: A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins at high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion.
The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .

Self explanatory. Gather all the rain into a point and create a spinning vortex. Drawback is if you have to perform another technique it stops.

(Haisou no Kouryuu no Jutsu) - Flight of the Rain Dragons

Once fully formed, each of the dragons is capable of emitting one spiral rain spear per turn. The dragons also act as alternate sources of rain.

Pretty straightforward yeah, the fact that it needs to be maintained all the time seems like a big disadvantage though since it would take time for the clouds, being in the sky and all reach the opponent.

Love this one, several dragons capable of attacking my opponent from several directions or just make each dragon shoot spears.. or other rain techniques o-o however, since I need to maintain these dragons can I use any other jutsu then rain while it's active? Should be able to use rain while their active since the technique specifically states they act as rain sources. Oh, and what rank would the spears be if shot? xD

depends on how many dragons imo, you make one dragon it's S rank spears 2 dragons, A rank spears, and so on.

Description: The user forms the necessary handseals and the all the rain drops in the area becomes pitch black, they can be felt pouring down but would not be seen, and they would still be transparent. This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming

All these hand seals z.z pitch black rain which can't be seen. Kinda OP when you use other techs after it. Rain dragon shooting invisible spears z.z lawl.

This allows rain techniques to be used from the dragon, and become more localized.
