Every time I want to reply I see that template and don't reply >_>
Describe*how*to*do*it: By the usage of chakra one is capable of manipulating the rain clouds and turn them into snow clouds basically. The snow would descend in a plethorical manner which is sufficient to obscure ones view. It is somewhat similar to using ice relase.
How*many*hand*seals*does*it*have: None
Advantages: While my opponents view is obscured I have total awareness if I used rain tiger at will. If not, this is basically useless since I can't see as well.
Disadvantages: View is blocked, limits some techniques usage, harder to move. Though those can also be an advanantage in some cases.
Combos*and*possible*uses: Rain tiger at will > This. This and hidden mist.
How*to*defend*against*it: Blowing away the clouds through strong enough wind techniques like the F-5 tornadoes.
Image*of*the*technique:*Snow is snow.
Describe*how*to*do*it: By amassing sufficient chakra and following the set procedure one is able to replenish cloud. The procedure is simple, one slams their hand upon the ground and channels the previously gathered chakra through the ground towards a water source, the water source is manipulated in a revere gravity pull manner and the water is sent to the clouds replenishing them.
How*many*hand*seals*does*it*have: None
Advantages: Replensihes. Gave me a custom idea.
Disadvantages: Can't be used offensively. Not a practical tech to use in battle since no one bothers to care for the clouds. But if that one Suna custom is used I'd use this o_<
Combos*and*possible*uses: Not much comes to mind other than letting my clone raise the water and I control it and use a water technique in a different aspect. Or my clone raises the water, i use lightning, GG.
How*to*defend*against*it: Creating a earthen wall above the water preventing it from moving. Overide the opponents chakra and take control of the water, swag style.
Image*of*the*technique:*None, it's basically the inverse of stormy blockade.
Describe*how*to*do*it: By plowing through multiple hand seals the user is capable of gathering falling rain drops into his hand. Through shape manipulation the water would be formed into an orb. Once that is done the orb can be used to attack the opponent. The orb would explode outdated upon the user's will in an 180° ish angle and send the opponent backwards.
How*many*hand*seals*does*it*have: 5-6
Advantages: Short range. Mid range push.
Disadvantages: Obvious lightning troll is obvious. Hand seals and time.
Combos*and*possible*uses: This > Tech from behind; Earth spikes, Earth bamboo. Tech sending the opponent towards me > this, playing ping pong with the opponent z.z
How*to*defend*against*it: B rank earth armor though I will still be pushed back. Be a boss and wind fist trough it, the wind chakra cuts the opponents hand and I get pushed back with lesser damage.
Image*of*the*technique: Nay*
