Now, Rain Release was it? I believe so. Now, start out by explaining what you know about Rain Release, what it consists of, some of the existing techniques and their functions, etc.
Rain Release is a advance form of Water Release and Wind Release. It originates from the hidden rain village. To achieve rain release one must take part in a Rain Test and show mastery of water release and wind release. The way rain release works is through the name alone. Rain release requires the presence of rain water that is either natural or chakra induced by its user, in which a person will then knead there chakra into the rain drops to produce a new jutsu
Rain Glue- using there chakra, the user will change the properties of his rain water, causing them to turn to sticky water like starchy syrup capture and bind the target with the water
Hidden Rain Slash- by simply condensing there chakra into a single rain drop , the water will fall above the target as a single sharp sendon of water and strike from directly above
Okay, so a good idea before we start is that you will make it rain. I'm certain you have a jutsu for that in your Arsenal. This is typically a requirement for all Rain Jutsus, before you're able to use any of them, beside a very few ones. However we will go through that as we go along. Now, Rain carries the same weakness as the water element. I suspect you got taught how that works out during your water training, so I won't go over that.
Yes I do! Performing the handseals Bird → Rat → Ox →
Monkey → Rat → Snake , while infusing my chakra into the sky above, rain clouds begin to form and rain suddenly begins to descend from the sky.
(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style:
Rain Tiger at Will Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one
to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's
own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox →
Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls
from rain clouds, formed with the users own
chakra. During this technique, the falling
raindrops are closely linked to the users senses.
When the rain is obstructed by a chakra
belonging to someone the existence of the target
can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until
the user uses the seal to cancel it.
As the droplets now are covering the entire field, I would like for you to extend your palm out, focusing on the water droplets before you, and have them amass together forming a small bullet sized water droplet. Through the usage of your chakra, fire it at a nearby target.
As the instructions are given, I begin channeling my chakra into the water droplets around me. As I do this, I focus the water droplets into a single focus point on my hand, to which, where I fuse all the droplets I collected into a single large but small still droplet to where I then focus my hand towards the tree, firing the bullet of to the tree nearby to here it pierces the tree with ease.
*It only makes blunt impact on the tree*
Good enough.
(Ame Tama no Jutsu) - Rain Bullet Technique
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: By focusing chakra into the user's hand they are able to gather rain drops towards their palms, the rain is molded together by chakra and forged into a high pressured orb. Once done the orb will shoot away from the users hand and the user will be knocked back. If it hits the enemy the enemy will be sent away flying or unbalanced.
Let's move on. By manipulating a certain area of rain, cause a reflection of your veryself to appear. This will essentially work as a distraction, and an illusion. However it is, infact a clone. It just can't sustain physically contact, and will break loosely into a puddle of water if hit squarely. Pros and cons on this technique?
Channeling my chakra into the area with rain, I creating a relection of myself to appear out of a puddle nearby. The reflecxtion imitates my hand movesment and looking excatly like, but as it tries to move the clone disperses.
Pros: None really accept to fool the enemy into thinking its a real clone
Cons: Doesnt carry real traits of a clone
(Touei Ame Bushin) - Reflection Rain Clone
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique creates a reflection of the user, this clone is unable to touch physical objects or cause harm. Every move that the user makes the clone mimics at the same time. The reflection clone is destroyed after one hit, this is a tactical technique.
The next technique is used to conceal oneself. *Shows hand signs* Perform these, and think about it as a dynamic henge no jutsu. You will visibly dissappear from sight from your combatant, but in truth you are merely micmicing the droplets of rain, through the usage of the dynamic henge. Pros and Cons?
As told by my sensei, I simply channel my chakra around me, creating a visual effect on my body. As this happens i focus more on the rain chakra as the water continues to drop into my lush skin. As i blend in with the rain i look as if im blending in with the rain.
Pros: Makes it harder to see me
Con: Doest make me a ghost (invisble)
(Amegakure No Jutsu) - Hidden Rain Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that can only be used in rain to conceal oneself, this jutsu is considered a dynamic form of henge. After performing a row of hand-seals, the user seems to disappear. In truth, they have merely assumed a form that mimics rain. Fast movements and physical contact with others may reveal the user
I'll now post the two next techniques. You will throw me any questions if any, and you will give me the pro and cons.
(Hitoshirenu Ame Sai) - Hidden Rain Slash
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user manipulates their chakra to condense a single raindrop into a more solid form. The raindrop becomes as sharp as a blade. The disadvantage to this jutsu is that the raindrop falls in a straight line.
Just as the water bullet, but anywhere within mid-range you condense something in the shape of a blade. It will fall in linear line once created as described
(Ame Kasui no jutsu) - Rain Spike Technique
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user of this technique must place chakra into one or more raindrops. As the drops of rain hit the ground they create a small sized spike of water from puddles on the ground. For this technique to work there must be water on the ground and it must be raining.
Quite straight forward. Imagine it as earth spikes, just a water version, made from the pools of waters gathered from the rain.
Simply channeling my chakra into a rain drop above the clone, i condense the droplet into a single form, then allowing it to drop straight above the clone and onto its head killing it.
Channeling my chakra into a puddle near by as the rain drops into it, i create a few spikes of water that travel from behind stabbing the clone.
Jutsu 1:
No pros exists really except that it can catch a target rising into the air by surprise and disadvantage is it can only drop in a straight path
jutsu two:
Pros is that this can be formed anywhere upto mid range and even from behind, while the disadvantage would be it still needs rain present to use
(Ame no Yari) - Rain Spear
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: By using chakra to condense a large amount of rainwater into one place, the user creates a spear of water in the clouds. The spear can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. The water will stay in the form of spear for a short amount of time (three posts). If the spear is not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain. The only warning this technique gives is a second pause in the rain when the water is gathered and condensed.
Using the droplets in the clouds themselves you may form a singular spear, condonsed. Very much like the hidden slash technique, however this one suspends itself mid-air, hidden in the clouds untill you form *shows hand sign* commanding it to fall down upon your target.
(Ame Nottori no Jutsu) - Rain Capture Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique causes a target of the user's choice to "attract" raindrops. The water in the rain drops will attach themselves over an opponent. Once enough water has gathered over an enemy it will also attach to the ground, holding the user's opponent to the ground.
After marking an object of your choosing, you will forcefully through the usage of your chakra have the surrounding rain droplets ''attract'' themselves to your object of choice. Very much liek a negative magnet pulling in a positive on. Eventually it will weigh down the target untill they drop immobolized to the ground.
Channeling my chakr into the rain falling, I begin to form my chakra into a condensed spear in the clouds hidden above use. After waiting two post, I quickly perform a single handseal and release the chakra spear to fall out of the sky and come down and stab the target.
Pros: Airbone enemies are doomed cx and it can be made up to mid-range it. It also can be made to stay formed for a few turns. Cons: the direction of the spear cannot be controlled
Channeling my chakra into the rain that is fall from the sky, I target a clone that is near me. The rain starts to be atttarcted to the clone and start to gather on its feet, and as this happens the rain molds into a trap, preventing the clone from moving.
Pros: Can be used even up to mid range, which is cool Con: Requires rain to be falling >.<
(Ame Bunshin) - Raining Clones
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates false clones of the user around drops of rain. Every clone is totally harmless and is destroyed by one hit or if they collide with the ground or the enemy. This technique is used as more of a distraction than anything.
(Gouu no Jutsu) - Heavy Rain Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment
They are pretty straight forward. Perform, pro & cons. Questions?
Channeling my chakra into the rain around me falling, i give the them shape into clones of myself, but as they walk around and i throw a kunai at them , they simply fall back into wáter >.<”
Pro: Simply can be used a distraction also it seems it can make more than one at a time per usage
Cons: Cant be use ninjutus what so ever
Channeling my chakra into the rain falling, I begin channeling my chakra more as the collide with your clothing and making them heavier as you run along more.
Pro: Simply slows down the target and makes them heavier making movement in Taijutsu a lot harder to use
Con: Needs rain or wat conditions to use

I think that in most cases, we can say that all Rain techniques, requires any form of rain, in someway. I don't think that can go for a viable con any further, but we shall proceed.
Manipulation of cloud. Very simple, drag down the cloud via the usage of your chakra, compress it, make it compact enough to sustain its own. It will be functional dummy, if so to speak.
(Ame Kumo Bunshin) - Rain Cloud Clone
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates a clone from the Rain clouds in the sky. The clone resembles the user but keeps the appearance of moving clouds with only the shape and color of the user. Because of this the clouds cannot be used as a distraction. The clones are able to attack and receive attacks.
This ressembles alot the bullet technique you learned. However these are formed within the sky, more or less. They gain more momentum the further they fall, however their line of falling can't be changed. Imagine dropping a 2Euro coin from the top of the Eiffel Tower. The coin would essentially gain enough momentum to penetrate a skull from above if it were to hit a bystander down below.
(Ame Ame Tama) - Raining Rain Bullets
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user does the necessary handseals and focuses chakra into the rain, the rain draws together and forms several bullets of rain. The "bullets" fall at an accelerated rate and feel like large rocks falling from the sky.
