Sorry about that xD, here is the correct link:
Alright, before we start training I'd like to tell you how my method will be. It's quite the easy one. If you got any questions, then please ask me. Doesn't matter what they are even if they are the most stupid questions I'll gladly answer them because that's my job; after all. So, don't hesitate.

PHP:

Brief description of how you perform the technique;

How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc);

Limitations of the technique;

How to counter the technique;

Questions regarding the technique;
(Suiton: Kouu no Fukkou) - Water Style: Rain's Renaissance
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user slams his hand on the ground and sends a large wave of chakra into the ground. This wave of chakra causes all small, nearby sources of water to fly back into the clouds to replenish them. This has little effect on natural storms but on artificial ones it can be used multiple times to lengthen it almost indefinitely.

Try to use your knowledge, I'd like to see how far you can go. Meaning by that; creativity, imagination etc.

 • Brief description of how you perform the technique: I start at first by gathering my chakra throughout my entire body before slamming my hands to the ground and causing multiple leftover puddles of water on the ground to rise up into the sky and replenish the clouds with water, to maintain constant rain...I guess xD.
 • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): This technique might be able to improve usage of other rain techniques though I am not entirely sure what's the proper purpose of this technique, it has a cool name though xD.
 • Limitations of the technique: This technique isn't capable of being used for offensive and defensive purposes, and doesn't have any real effect on natural storm.
 • How to counter the technique: N/A
 • Questions regarding the technique: What is the actual purpose of this technique?

To make it rain again after your opponent manages to cause the clouds to disappear instead of spamming the rain tiger of will technique, but remember that you only have one turn space. So when your opponent manages to stop the rain technique, you will have to use it exactly afterwards because you can't use it like two turns afterwards.

Exactly; supplementary. It's quite the handy technique. When you let it rain and your opponent tries to intercept the clouds thus causing the rain to stop falling from the clouds makes this technique a good and handy one. Not to mention that when there is just a slight water source, this will do. A small river or even when you're riding the water technique or Kisame, a simple clap upon the water will do too making you capable of letting it rain again. But don't forget that then you will lose control over the water wave until you succeed in letting it rain. So let's say a second or two/three.

(Kyuutai no Ame) - Orb of Rain
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After a long line of handseals, the user is able to place a large amount of chakra into their hands and gather rain towards their palms. The user must begin running towards the target of the jutsu, once enough rain has been gathered and condensed to form a fist sized orb of water in the user's hand, the user must place their hand near the target. The orb of water will "explode" pushing enemies back and creating openings for attacks.

So, it's quite the strange technique since it says short-mid but I think they mean that that's how far you can send your opponent flying once exploding. Use the template, I wonder how you would use it. It's easy, coat your hand in an orb of rain that can explode upon impact. Nothing more nothing less. :p

 • Brief description of how you perform the technique: I start by first performing the long line of hand seals and then proceed to focus my rain chakra to my right palm whilst also dashing towards my opponent and causing droplets of rain to gather and form into a condensed fist shaped orb of rain within the palm of my right hand, once within range I hold my right hand near my opponent and cause the orb of rain to explode, blasting my opponent backwards and creating an opening for me to deliver a more fatal attack.
 • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): I think this would work well with an illusionary technique or with perhaps shadow clones or partners, something else that would occupy the target and allow the user to actually successfully perform this technique.
 • Limitations of the technique: The technique has to be performed from close range since your hand needs to be close to the target before you cause the rain orb to explode, thus also meaning the orb cannot be used as a projectile of sorts to more or less shoot it towards the opponent and then cause it to explode.
 • How to counter the technique: I would use a wind style: rasengan to counter this technique, it would work effective due to the wind blasting away the rain as it would slice through the orb and into the users hand.
 • Questions regarding the technique: N/A

Good, nice job

(Hitoshirenu Ame Naifu) - Hidden Rain Knives
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user creates the necessary handseals and rain drops in an area of 20 meters around the user is able to turn into sharp water needles, these are relatively weak but can be directed towards an opponent.

Once again an perfect technique. This is just, splendid. It's weak to use this against your opponent but if you are really going for the win then you should use this. Sneaky as hell, and unable to find out so easily because of the fact that the rain is purely falling from the sky one after another unable to notice nor figure out if they shape into knives to kill your opponent or not. So, I want you to shape and manipulate the falling rain drops into tiny little knives that are sharp, cannot deal allot of damage but are lethal in their own ways if you aim for the vital points. Give it a try. ^_^

 • Brief description of how you perform the technique: I start by gathering my chakra throughout my entire body, I then mold the gathered chakra into rain chakra while also performing a set of hand seals, I then focus the rain chakra into the falling rain all around my opponent and cause several of the rain drops to form into sharp rain knives before manipulating it to target several of my opponents vital organs.
 • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): Any high scaled noisy technique used to attack from the front would serve as a good distraction to allow the rain drops to attack from behind and kill the opponent silently while he/she is countering the high scaled frontal attack.
 • Limitations of the technique: I don't really see much limitations here besides that it can only be used around 20 meters of the user and that the knives around much dangerous when not targeting vital areas.
 • How to counter the technique: A simple wind gust of equivalent rank would work to blow the rain away, or an earth shield that would protect against the rain.
 • Questions regarding the technique: N/A

Good, nice job!

(Hashira no Ame) - Pillar of Rain
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user focuses rain to form as a large pillar before high up in the rain, and also focusing on a point on the ground where it should land, the water pillar has a radius of 4 meters and is a powerful jutsu to give an upper advantage against the enemy, the pillar dissolves as it lands on the ground creating a shock wave of water

Interesting, strong, easy to use and understand. Be creative, tell me how you could use this with another technique in combination?

 • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): I think this technique would work well with 'Lightning Release: Wave of Inspiration', for after the pillar has served its purpose of defending against a technique and would proceed to form into a shock wave of water when it hits the ground, the wave of electricity would electrify the shock wave of water and combine into a fierce attack able to reach opponents within mid range.
 • Limitations of the technique: I don't see any besides the fact that it will be useless in a long ranged battle.
 • How to counter the technique: To be a little creative, I would use moving earth core to form a trench before me for the shock wave of water to fall into.
 • Questions regarding the technique: N/A

Important to know as an Rain user; Always be prepared against your opponent in fights. Observe your surroundings while not noticing your opponent doing anything. If you are up against a strong opponent, like in this case the sneaky Liliana, then of course she'll brainwash you, forcing you to godmod. Like, when people do sometimes like using handseals for a technique, while they actually do not require any handseal, or perform a hand gesture to make you think that your opponent is actually planning something, confusing you thus falling into their trap. But any other than sensing abilities, Sharingan, Byakugan or any other doujutsu would do. High ranked lighting technique's that erupt with quite ease from your body would evaporate the technique because of the high ranked lightning. Or, the moment you notice it use the earthen skin technique to start covering the specific area where you think the needle or spike will strike first, or water replacement. But as I said before; never let your opponent make it rain if you know he/she has rain mastered. Just, don't. But, to answer your actual question; The slightest little observations would do. The sky, the ground, the concentration on every single thing happening around you like water puddle's moving differently than normally, or anything like that. But now that you are actually getting trained in Rain, and know exactly what to do just state the actual. You now have been trained in rain, hence knowing what will happen when your opponent let's it rain, since you've been gone through the training, technique's etc. You'll just know what's going on if your enemy uses it against you. It's like putting an Water master on a lake against someone else whom did not receive any water training at all.

Nice, short but strong.

(Hyaku Touei Ame Bushin) - Hundred Rain Reflection Clones
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A large scale upgrade of the Reflection Rain clone. The user can create his reflection one hundred different times, these clones don't cause a threat to the enemy and is destroyed by one hit but can make the enemy confused and the user will have time to issue another attack. The clones mimic the user's every move.

Very handy to merge in between them. I would use this with first of all, using a technique to confuse your enemy; mess with their sight to make it blurry or mess with their senses and use this technique afterwards. These clones cannot attack nor use technique's so be creative when using this.

 • Brief description of how you perform the technique: I start by gathering my chakra throughout my body before focusing it and molding it to rain chakra, I then focus the rain chakra into the falling rain whilst maintaining an image of myself in my mind, I then manipulate the rain to reflect hundreds of clones looking exactly like myself.
 • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): This technique would be best used with freeform attacks, mainly ones requiring kunai/shurriken usage etc, since the clones can't do anything besides freeform, actual freeform taijutsu won't also really be an option since one hit would cause the rain clone to disperse.
 • Limitations of the technique: Clones aren't able to perform any techniques as with a shadow clone, and a single hit would cause them to disperse.
 • How to counter the technique: A high scaled wind technique to blast all clones away as well as attack the original would suffice, something like 'Wind Release: Tornado Wall'.
 • Questions regarding the technique: N/A

They won't disperse but will change into water instead; a puddle. So take advantage of that too; combine it with lightning so when they do and near your opponent, you could electrify him or paralyze him.

(Ame toraidento no Jutsu) - Rain Trident Technique
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: A powerful jutsu that uses chakra to gather rain and form it into a long Trident. The Trident is able to change lengths at the user's well and thanks to the chakra has a somewhat solid form. The Trident returns to its' normal state shortly after creation. When the trident cuts into an object, it expands into said object causing more damage and sometimes can even be used to break bones.

You remember the technique that was used by ductrio from pokemon? The three headed birds? So it's basically a triangle in this case that can cut trough solid objects, quite easy to use. It's rain, so you can use this nearby your opponent without the need of any handseals whatsoever, so be creative. :p

 • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): I would use this technique after using a noisy frontal attacking technique, this would keep my opponents focus on the incoming technique as well as create enough noise for him to not hear rain forming into a trident behind him.
 • Limitations of the technique: The trident retains its original form shortly after creation, and can only be used at mid ranged max.
 • How to counter the technique: Water Release: Water Encampment pillar would do fine to counter the technique due to the rank difference and its also water, meaning the pillar's water, being more powerful, would be able to overpower the rain trident with ease, other than that yet another wind technique, equivalent in size, is also able to counter the rain trident.
 • Questions regarding the technique: With rain falling across the entire battlefield, the trident could be created anywhere as long as its within mid range of the user, correct?

It would be nice to combine this one with lightning, or wind. And, yes, that's correct.

UP TO S-RAAAAAAAAAAAANK ~ (I except better combinations and counters this time!)

(Kadou Tsunami no Jutsu) - Vortex Tsunami Technique
Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins at high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion.
The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .

Description says it all, the same as every other water ranked vortex but this one is made out of rain, and much stronger.

 • How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): This technique would work well with Lightning release: Wave of inspiration, since the lightning tech would increase its power by giving it that electrical flow xD, and I also think a good wind technique used right after the vortex to combine with, would also work well, the wind tech would increase the speed and force of the vortex as well as make it more fierce and powerful.
 • Limitations of the technique: Cannot be used in long range, and is basically a straight forward powerful attacking technique, nothing really that great about it.
 • How to counter the technique: Water Release: Water encampment pillar would be able to counter this technique, as well as perhaps Moving earth core, to divert the wave/vortex.

Remember that when used incorrectly, that even you might get caught up in it. But yes, combining it with lightning or wind would be quite the lethal technique, especially with wind because of the speed and making it more lethal, but I wouldn't use lightning so fast unless you have a great combination in mind, so be careful with that until you kill yourself in the meantime.

(Haisou no Kouryuu no Jutsu) - Flight of the Rain Dragons
Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 40(-10 each turn to keep this jutsu in play)
Damage Points: 80
Description: After performing a long row of hand seals, the user makes a small cut on each of his or her ring fingers and raises his or her hands to the sky. Some of the user's blood raises up into the sky, apparently as a sacrifice. The clouds then begin to warp and form into several dragons. Once fully formed, each of the dragons is capable of emitting one spiral rain spear per turn. The dragons also act as alternate sources of rain.

You can of course, control these dragons and you can cause other rain technique's to emit out of the rain dragon while heading towards your opponent, so it's quite the handy technique and strong. Now cut your finger, and stitch it upwards and we'll see whether you'd be capable of taming the dragons yes or now.
