Remember that when used incorrectly, that even you might get caught up in it. But yes, combining it with lightning or wind would be quite the lethal technique, especially with wind because of the speed and making it more lethal, but I wouldn't use lightning so fast unless you have a great combination in mind, so be careful with that until you kill yourself in the meantime.
- Brief description of how you perform the technique: I start by gathering a large amount of my chakra throughout my entire body, I then mold the gathered chakra into rain release chakra and focus it into the falling rain, I then manipulate the falling rain with my chakra and have it all draw to a single point in the sky whilst also manipulating it to form into a vortex of rain, once the vortex is formed, I manipulate it to attack my opponent as a wave/vortex of rain.
- How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc): This technique would work well with Lightning release: Wave of inspiration, since the lightning tech would increase its power by giving it that electrical flow xD, and I also think a good wind technique used right after the vortex to combine with, would also work well, the wind tech would increase the speed and force of the vortex as well as make it more fierce and powerful.
- Limitations of the technique: Cannot be used in long range, and is basically a straight forward powerful attacking technique, nothing really that great about it.
- How to counter the technique: Water Release: Water encampment pillar would be able to counter this technique, as well as perhaps Moving earth core, to divert the wave/vortex.
(Haisou no Kouryuu no Jutsu) - Flight of the Rain Dragons
Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 40(-10 each turn to keep this jutsu in play)
Damage Points: 80
Description: After performing a long row of hand seals, the user makes a small cut on each of his or her ring fingers and raises his or her hands to the sky. Some of the user's blood raises up into the sky, apparently as a sacrifice. The clouds then begin to warp and form into several dragons. Once fully formed, each of the dragons is capable of emitting one spiral rain spear per turn. The dragons also act as alternate sources of rain.
You can of course, control these dragons and you can cause other rain technique's to emit out of the rain dragon while heading towards your opponent, so it's quite the handy technique and strong. Now cut your finger, and stitch it upwards and we'll see whether you'd be capable of taming the dragons yes or now.
