Doesn't match the chapter where sasuke fought against oro
Read the Manga chapter when It came out and think about how Anko couldn't resist it and sasuke made through of it ( So it can't be same jutsu since Genin < Jonin ).

1st. Chapters doesn't match
2nd. Why couldn't Anko resist it if sasuke could?

look at the next page anko moves his head around and yells at anbu and if she a special joinin could do that I could easly make a raiton chakra armor( and I watched the anime episode of this chapter the guy doesnt do any hand signess) so I little body motion should be some thing I could manage make ur move

By the time you've created the armor you're hit by scythe and I immediately send electrical charge to scythe that overcomes your Armor.

the armor is created in seconds and u are the slowest attacker in akatsuki xd
and since the schyth doesnt touch my body the raiton attack cant reach me

1. The armor isn't real armour just electrical charge that shocks if you touch it.
2. The scythe is chained to my hip so I can throw it at you like Hidan does
3. When the scythe touches your body the shock releases from your armour and I over power it with nagashi going right through of it with scythe and wounding you.
