Description: A powerful ninjutsu that laces the clouds with a large amount of poison elemental chakra to change the structure of the rain. The end result is a storm that does not rain water, but instead rains a powerful acid that can eat through most materials. Unfortunately, skin is not one of those materials. Instead of instantly eating through, it causes skin to instantly blister and slowly dissolve in a most painful way.

The technique is just so basic >.<

I use my chakra that is infused in the rain to and begin to change the chakra nature of the infused chakra in order to also change the elemental composition of the water in the rain. I add a large amount of hydrogen ions to the water by breaking down water molecules and separating the high concentration of hydrogen and high concentration of hydronium ions. As the water falls, the high concentration hydrogen pockets of rain fall that react violently with many metals, organic material, and flesh.

Pros: It's good for supplementing rain techniques and adds a new layer of damage to them.
Cons: Costs chakra per turn and also only applies as far as mid-range.
Questions?: Does it hurt the user too or does the chakra nullify it?

I use my chakra to bring down the rain at a great amount and accelerate the rain as it bounces upwards so that the rain goes further than the original starting point of the rain. As the rain ascends above that point, it begins to freeze and fall at a greater speed and force than before.

Pros: It hurts. Hail sucks.
Cons: Only short-mid and hurts the user.
Questions?: Can ice users it since its ice?

You can bounce only specific portions of the rain up, thus having only rain a specific area, rather than havign it fall down upon yourself as well. It is only the Acid rain that affects all. No, Ice users cannot use this. You can only access this aslong as you have Rain Element.
