Aj began performing a long string of handseals as Dean's clone ran towards him, and made a small cut to his ring finger once he was done. The cut to his finger acted as a sacrifice of sorts, and after it was done the clouds in the sky started to warp into the shape of several dragons. The dragons released a spiraling spear of condensed rain that fell directly upon the clone as it closed the distance between them.

Let's get down to it then. This technique is pretty cool, simply because it makes dragon clouds that spit spears. An advantage of this technique would be it's destructive power, but it's main disadvantage is the time it takes for the clouds to take the shape of the Dragons.

I'd use this technique on a stationary opponent, but I'd also use it on a moving moving target depending on the scale of the technique.

Aj once again formed several handseals and used his rain chakra to change all the rain up to mid range into a pitch black color(?) as the clone moved towards him. As a result of this the rain became transparent, but even though they couldn't be seen, they could still be felt by the clone as it moved closer.

An advantage would be that the rain becomes invisible, Which in turn makes all rain based techniques invisible. Disadvantage is that the rain can still be felt by the opponent.

I'd use this technique to prepare for future techniques, which my opponent would be unable to see

Once fully formed, each of the dragons is capable of emitting one spiral rain spear per turn. The dragons also act as alternate sources of rain.

Description: The user forms the necessary handseals and the all the rain drops in the area becomes pitch black, they can be felt pouring down but would not be seen, and they would still be transparent. This is a very strong technique because as soon as this is done every technique the user create using this will be pitch black and the enemy will not see them coming

"Alright, now for the next two techniques. The first one starts off by using your Rain chakra to create a dragon made of clouds. This dragon is capable o firing spiral spears from its body once per turn, and can even send a small localized rain storm from its body. The dragon can also act as a Rain source for techniques, which makes it extra useful. Use it against my clone."

"After that, an advanced form of the Rain Spear technique. You will use your Rain based chakra to condense water, and create several rain spears in the sky. These can be called down with a single hand seal, but these spears are sharper, since they are made of moving water. They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. The spears stay spears, for up to two turns after creation. Use it against my clone."

Similar to what's he'd done it before, Aj used his rain chakra to create a single dragon made of clouds, which released multiple spears of condensed rain from its body and down towards the clone as it moved towards him. The spears would pierce the clone before it reached it's destination.

An advantage of this technique would be it's ability to act as a source for future rain techniques, not to mention that it can create a rainstorm from its body. Eh, disadvantage would be the time it takes to form.

I'd use this technique on both stationary and moving targets, especially ones that aren't paying attention to the sky.

Aj used his rain chakra to condense the water into several spears of that hovered in the sky, and as the clone moved towards him he simply performed a single handseal. This cause the spears to fall down upon the clone, but just before the hit he manipulated them to angle slightly in front of him, which caused the clone to run straight into them.

Advantage is that you can basically call down the spears any time you wish by using a single handseal, and you can also change where they'll hit mid technique, which can serve to catch my enemy off guard. Can't really see any big disadvantages to this besides the time it takes the spears to form.

Since it can release multiple spears, I'd use this over I wide area.....I guess lol

This allows rain techniques to be used from the dragon, and become more localized.

The spears can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. Unlike its predecessor, these spears are made of constantly moving water that can actually cut an opponent. They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. The water will stay in the form of spears for a short amount of time (2 turns). Any spears that are not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain.

"Next, a technique where you will use your Rain based chakra to bring down storm clouds from the sky, and place them around both the yourself and the opponent. The chakra in the clouds, keeps them spinning around yourself and the opponent, which makes it impossible to escape. The clouds can be used as a source of rain techniques, and doubles their damage. It also makes it difficult to predict from where the next technique comes from. Use it against a clone."

"A technique where you will use your Rain chakra, to cover yourself with rain clouds, by pulling down a small portion from it. The clouds continue to produce Rain, and thus allow you to shoot a spiral spear from your body. Weirdly enough, this technique also cuts the damage in half, of LIGHTNING techniques. I know. Weird. Use it against my clone."

As the clone ran towards him, Aj used his rain chakra to bring down storm clouds from the sky and placed them around both himself and the clone. The chakra within the clouds kept them spinning them both in order to make escape impossible, and since it could be used for rain techniques, Aj performed a number of handseals and then caused all the raindrops in the area of 20 meters to turn into sharp water needles. The needles started just before him and ended well behind the clone, dealing considerable damage to the clone and causing it to poof away.

Description: The user creates the necessary handseals and rain drops in an area of 20 meters around the user is able to turn into sharp water needles, these are relatively weak but can be directed towards an opponent.

Advantage of this technique is that it'd prevent the opponent from knowing where an attack is coming from, not to mention that it amplifies the power of rain techniques. Hmm....I believe a disadvantage would be that it mich easily be blown away (Is this true?)

I'd use this technique to blind my opponent and attack from where he least expected, but since I can't see him either then it's most likely be an omnidirectional attack.

Aj uses his rain chakra to call forth rain clouds that he used to cover himself. The clouds continued to produce rain, which allowed him to shoot a spiral spear from you his body as the clone ran towards him.

Advantage of this technique is that it'd be able to minimize the effects of lightning based attacks, while shooting spears of rain from from it. Not sure of a disadvantage

Hmm....I could use this to defend against an incoming lightning attack if I had no other option.

This jutsu in effect doubles the damage done by rain jutsu attacks and makes them more difficult to dodge. When this technique is used, the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction, keeping enemies off balance.

"Last two techniques. The first one starts off by lacing the clouds with poison elemental chakra, which causes the structure of rain to change. This changes the normal rain, into acid rain, which eats away most materials. However, normal skin is caused to blister and then slowly dissolve. A powerful technique, just protect yourself. Use it against my clone."

"Lastly, a simple technique where you will use your Rain chakra to bounce the rain higher into the clouds. This freezes the rain, and you will use shape manipulation to form the rain into a trident, which would cause a large amount of damage once it hits the opponent. Use it against my clone."

Aj laced the clouds with poison chakra in order to change the structure of the falling rain from normal, into acid rain that ate away at the terrain and the clone's skin as it ran towards him. In order to protect himself from the effects of the rain Aj formed a sequence of handseals and raised his hand above his head, using his rain chakra to create an invisible umbrella that protected him from getting wet by the harmful downpour.

Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

An advantage of this technique is that it dissolves everything it touches, and an obvious disadvantage would be that it affects the user as well.

This technique could best be employed when fighting against summonings and things of that sort. I can even be used against a swarm of enemies.

As the final clone of his training rushed towards hi, Aj used his rain chakra to bounce the descending droplets of water higher into the clouds in order to freeze them. Using shape manipulation he formed the frozen rain into a towering trident, which fell from the sky upon the advancing clone.

Advantage of this technique would probably be how powerful the technique is, but a disadvantage is the time it takes to form.

Description: A powerful ninjutsu that laces the clouds with a large amount of poison elemental chakra to change the structure of the rain. The end result is a storm that does not rain water, but instead rains a powerful acid that can eat through most materials. Unfortunately, skin is not one of those materials. Instead of instantly eating through, it causes skin to instantly blister and slowly dissolve in a most painful way.
