Aj channeled his rain chakra and used the clone's clothes as a medium for the technique he was about to perform. He caused the opponent's clothes to retain the falling water from the rain, which made it's clothes heavier as the rain fell. Due to the weight of the clothes the clone would slow drastically, allowing Aj to take it out easily.

An advantage of this technique is that it drastically slows the movements of the opponent, giving the user ample time to attack. Disadvantage is that it would take a while for their clothes to become heavy enough.

I'd use this technique in battle to slow an opponent as he made his towards me, or even on an opponent who's standing still. I think they'd notice the weight of their close change though, so that could be considered a disadvantage of sorts.

After performing the first technique, Aj created a clone of himself that appears to be moving clouds. The clone would appear as moving clouds that have the same shape and color Aj did. As Dean's clone got closer, the clone in the form of clouds would intercept him and the two would attack each other.

A disadvantage of this is that it'd be easy to distinguish the cloud clone due to it's form. I think it'd be easily blown away as well due to it's composition. Unlike the other rain clone which mimics the user's movements and is unable to attack, this clone is able to, which is an advantage

Not really sure how I'd use it in battle >.>

"Great job, AJ. And that technique is best used for distractions in battle. Nonetheless, here you go. By the way, want to go three techniques at a time?"

Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that actually uses the victim's clothing as a medium to effect him or her. By filling the clothing with water-elemental chakra the user causes the clothing to fully retain all water it comes in contact with which will gradually cause the clothing to become heavier and heavier. Unfortunately, this jutsu that does not create water, so it is only useful in a rainy or otherwise wet environment

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A jutsu that creates a clone from the Rain clouds in the sky. The clone resembles the user but keeps the appearance of moving clouds with only the shape and color of the user. Because of this the clouds cannot be used as a distraction. The clones are able to attack and receive attacks.

"The next technique is simple. Form the necessary hand seals, and focus your rain chakra into the sky above. The rain then draws together at a certain point, and creates large bullets of rain. These bullets would then fall at an accelerated rate, cause damage as they hit things below. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

"After that, form the necessary hand seals and focus your Rain chakra in front of you, as you point your hands outwards. Through manipulation, you will gather a large amount of Rain, which then forms into a wall of solid water. This wall acts as a shield against Taijutsu attacks and Fire jutsu, however, it makes you vulnerable to Lightning and Earth techniques. Your hands have to stay connected to said wall to keep it in shape, and active. Use it to block this."

Dean releases a powerful Fireball at AJ.

Aj form the necessary handseals and channelled his rain chakra into the sky, which caused the falling rain to draw together between himself and Dean's clone. This resulted in the creation of large bullets of rain that fell at an accelerated rate, causing damage to the clone and the area around it as it made towards him.

Advantage is that it can be made anywhere and falls at an accelerated rate, but it would need time to gather into a single rain bullet and that's a disadvantage.

I'd use this technique to attack an opponent standing still or one who's running towards me. For one who's coming close, I'd create the rain bullets so that the fall between us.

He once again formed the needed handseals and focused his rain chakra, but this time it was focused before him. He held his hands outwards a gathered a large amount of rain to form into a wall of solid water. The wall shielded him from the incoming fireball that was released by Dean. His hands stayed connected to the wall in order to keep it active and in shape.

Well an advantage is that it can be used to block fire attacks, but it makes you vulnerable to Lightning and Earth techniques. You also have to keep your hands in contact with the wall in order for it to stay active, so that's also a disadvantage.

I'd use thi to block fire attacks....but it'd be risky to use.

"Indeed, still a nice technique. Here you go."

Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user does the necessary handseals and focuses chakra into the rain, the rain draws together and forms several bullets of rain. The "bullets" fall at an accelerated rate and feel like large rocks falling from the sky.

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: User performs the necessary handseals and places their hands out in front of them. Using chakra they gather up a large amount of rain and create a wall of solid water. The water is dense and difficult to move through, thus protecting the user from most taijutsu attack and fire attacks. Earth based jutsu and Lighting jutsu are highly effective against this technique. The user must keep his hands connected into the wall at all times or the wall will return to its normal state. If struck by electricity it will move through the water and strike the user as well.

"Now, send a subtle amount of Rain chakra into the clouds above and use it to create large nuclei for the rain to condense on. This results in larger raindrops that fall at an accelerated rate. This is merely supplementary, acting as a distraction and a faster method of delivering rain based techniques. Use it against my clone with another technique."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

"After that, form the necessary hand seals and use your Rain based chakra and send it into the whole area around you, allowing you to simply stop all Rain in mid air, or wherever they are at that point. A very useful technique to disrupt another Rain user. Use it against the falling Rain."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

Aj gathers his rain chakra and sends a subtle amount of it into the clouds, creating a large nuclei between himself and the advancing clone for the rain to condense on. With the larger raindrops that fell at an accelerated rate, he channeled his rain chakra and used the clone's clothes and caused them to retain the water from the rain. This made it's clothes heavier much faster as the rain fell, slowing it drastically to the point where Aj could easily disperse it with a quick slash of his sword.

Advantage of this is that speed up other rain jutsu which takes time to form, and larger raindrops would make techniques such as hidden rain slash do more damage in my opinion. Disadvantage is that the larger raindrops could also hinder the user depending on where they're formed.

I'd use it in battle to speed up my rain based techniques, seeing s how some of them take a while to form.

After the first clone is dispersed, Aj performs a number of handseals and sends his rain chakra throughout the entire area, allowing him to halt the rain in his immediate vicinity. Once this is done snad the clone came closer, Aj wung his sword diagonally and released a large arc of intense flame that caused the clone to disperse.

Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user imbues their blade with fire, before slashing in the direction of the desired enemy, resulting in the creation of large arcs of intense flame that follow the trajectory of the previous swing before slashing in the direction of the desired enemy, resulting in the creation of large arcs of intense flame that follow the trajectory of the previous swing. A skilled user of this technique, is capable of surrounding their immediate area with a circular wall of these flames, incinerating multiple targets even if they approach from numerous angles simultaneously.
Note: Can only be used by a Cloud ninja or trained by one.

An advantage is that it stops the rainfall in mid air, which would be good when fighting another rain user. It could also help avoid detection from chakra sensing rain.

"Awesome, here you go."

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: By sending subtle chakra waves into the clouds, the user is able to create unusually large nuclei for the water droplets to condense on. The end result is big raindrops that fall to the ground at a faster then normal rate. They aren't big or fast enough to cause any real damage, but they are quite distracting.

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique defines the users chakra control and for tactical measures for other techniques. The user creates the necessary handseals and every rain drop stops in mid air or wherever they are

"Next in line, are quite some interesting techniques. The first one is simple, use your Rain based chakra and shape manipulation, to create a dagger like weapon from the falling rain. The dagger has some form of solidity, and allows you to perform some stab like motions. Once the dagger cuts into a person, it expands, causing more damage. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

"After that, a technique to stay dry in RP moments, since it is pretty useless in battle (imo). The technique starts off by forming the necessary hand seals and then extending your hand above your head. Using your rain chakra, you will create an invisible umbrella which protects you from getting wet and some rain techniques (like the Acid Rain one). However, more condensed rain techniques like Rain spear can easily pierce through it, making it somewhat useless. The arm has to stay extended, to keep the technique going, so keep that in mind."

Dean makes it rain acid :coffee:

As the clone ran towards him Aj used his rain chakra and manipulated the falling rain to create a dagger like weapon with such has solidity that he would have be able to perform stab like motions. As the clone came close Aj thrust the dagger into it's chest, which expanded upon contact with it in order to cause more damage.

One advantage of this technique is that it expands upon contact with the opponent in order to cause more damage, the fact that even though made of rain it can be swung and stabbed due to it's solidarity. A disadvantage is that it'd take a while to form, as with most rain based techniques. I guess the range of the dagger could also be used as a disadvantage.

I'd use it in battle to attack my opponent, but I'd form the dagger before going to close range >.>

As the acid rain fell from the sky due to Dean, Aj formed a sequence of handseals and raised his hand above his head. He then used his rain chakra to create an invisible umbrella that protected him from getting wet by the harmful downpour.

Advantage of this technique is that it protects the user from certain rain based techniques. A disadvantage would be that it can't protect you from more condensed rain techniques.

I'd use it in battle to protect myself from rain based attacks that coming from above, as long as they're not too dense.

"Great job, AJ! Here you go."

Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: A simple jutsu that gathers the rain with chakra and then forms it into a dagger-like weapon. The chakra gives the water a more solid form so that it can be used for attacks. The water returns to normal shortly after creation. When the dagger cuts into something the water from the dagger expands within the cut to increase the damage.

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A helpful technique for staying dry in the rain. After a few short handsigns, the user can create an invisible umbrella by extending their arm over their head and holding an open palm towards the sky. This "umbrella stops all rain, but cannot stop jutsu that take a more solid form like the Rain spear technique. This technique was actually made to stop the acid rain technique and other average falling rain techniques from touching the user.

"Now the last B rank. Using your Rain chakra, you will cause the rain to bounce up, and become colder as they go higher. They will then form into a hail like substance, but you will use shape manipulation to form it into a dome or net, which can be used to capture the opponent. A nice technique and initiated quite fast too, without hand seals. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

"After that, the first A rank. A similar concept. Use your Rain chakra to cause the rain to bounce up and freeze, then use shape manipulation to form it into frozen daggers, which comes down with great power. Very simple and easy to use."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

As the clone ran towards him he once again used his rain chakra in order to cause the rain to bounce up from the ground and become colder the higher they went. The ascending raindrops formed into a hail like substance that he then manipulated into a net that fell down and trapped the clone as it closed in on him.

Advantage of this technique is that it's fast to perform due to the fact that it doesn't need handseals, but since the rain has to travel back up and form into hail before it's shaped into a net or dome to capture the opponent, this makes it a disadvantage. I say that because it'd take a while for all of this to happen.

Like a majority of rain techniques, I'd use this to trap or bind an opponent as they came towards me. However, it'd have to be initiated while they're a fair distance away from me.

Aj then use his rain chakra in the same manner as he did before, causing the rain to bounce up and freeze the higher it went. However, instead of forming into a net or dome, he used shape manipulation to form them into frozen daggers that descended with tremendous power and skewered the clone as it ran towards him.

As with the previous technique, an advantage is that this technique is fast since it needs no handseals, but since the rain has to travel back up and freeze before being manipulated into daggers, the technique takes a while to take effect.

Like a majority of rain techniques, I'd use this to trap or bind an opponent as they came towards me. However, it'd have to be initiated while they're a fair distance away from me

"Awesome job, here you go."

Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: An advance version of rain capture where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get untill they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail)in the form of a net or a dome to capture the opponent.

Rank: A
Type: Attack

Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: An advance version of rain daggers where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail).

"Now the next technique is very similar to the technique you just performed. By using your Rain chakra, you will bounce the rain up into the clouds, very high, causing the rain to freeze. You will then use shape manipulation to form the falling frozen rain into frozen rain blades. However, the Rain blades don't change back into rain after three turns. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

"After that, form a few hand seals and use your Rain chakra, and send it into the clouds above. After a bit of development (three turns) you will cause Hail to form and then fall after the three turns has passed. This hail can be directed towards the opponent, and cause some damage upon impact. Use it against my clone."

As he did before, Aj used his rain chakra in order to cause the rain to bounce up from the ground and become colder the higher they went. This time however, he used shape manipulation to form the falling frozen rain into blades that impaled the clone as it advanced.

Advantage is mostly the same s the first. It's fast to perform due to the fact that it doesn't need handseals, but since the rain has to travel back up and form frozen blades, this makes it a disadvantage. I say that because it'd take a while for all of this to happen.

I'd this to attack an opponent as they came towards me. However, it'd have to be initiated while they're a fair distance away from me.

Aj then formed a few hand seals and sent his rain chakra into the clouds above. After a short time (three turns) hail formed and then fell down, hail that he directed towards the clone as it ran towards him in order to cause damage upon impact.

An advantage of this is that the hail can be directed according to the user's will. Disadvantage is that this takes three turns before the hail begins to fall.

I'd use this at the beginning of a battle, that way it's come in handy I guess.

"Very good, AJ. Here you go."

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: An advance version of rain blade where the user bounces the rain into the clouds. The higher up they go the more colder they get until they freeze and come falling down(similar to hail) and unlike the original they do not turn back into train until after 3 turns.

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: Using this jutsu requires great chakra control, performing hand seals and sending chakra into the clouds. After a bit of development,(three turns) a ninja will form the precipitation of the cloud into hail. This hail will fall for a brief time from the clouds and by chakra control be targeted at the opponent.
Note:must have clouds in the sky to use this jutsu.

"Another similar technique to the one you just performed, you will send your Rain based chakra into the rain clouds. Then after three turns, snow will begin to fall from the sky, very thick. Combined with Hidden Mist technique, it makes for a very nice technique. However, it affects both you and your opponents vision. It takes three turns to form, and lasts for three turns. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

"After that, slam your hands onto the ground and send a large wave of Rain based chakra through it. If you do so, the wave causes small nearby sources of water to fly up towards the clouds and replenish them. This can be used to lengthen the time that the clouds last in the air, only artificial clouds though (made by you). Use it to replenish the clouds."

Dean waits for AJ to perform the technique.

As the clone is created and made to run in his direction, Aj once again sends his rain chakra into the rain clouds. After a period of time (three turns) very thick snow will began falling from the sky. The snow was so thick that it affected not only his vision, but the clone's as well. This made it difficult for the clone to tell exactly where Aj was.

Advantage of this technique is that the opponent wouldn't know if it was the user who initiated this technique, or if it was a natural phenomenon (If used in the land of Snow, Artemis Isles, or Land of Iron). Disadvantage is that it takes three turns to form, and also the fact that it hinders the user's vision as well >.>

I'd most likely use this at the beginning of a battle, in a place like the land of Iron. I'd use it to blind my opponent, and attack while they couldn't see me.

After the first technique ended, Aj slammed his hands onto the ground and sent a large wave of his rain chakra throughout it. The wave caused nearby sources of water to ascend into the clouds in order replenish them. This served to lengthen the time that the clouds he created to last longer in the air.

You forgot the advantages and disadvantages of the second technique lol

"Well done, here you go."

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Shot-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Used in conjunction with the Hidden Mist skill this makes things even more difficult to see. If used without the Hidden Mist skill, it is far less effective. The user makes snow begin to fall from the sky as thick as possible. This, of course, effects both the user and the opponent's vision.
Note:This jutsu must have rain clouds to perform and the snow takes three turns to fall and lasts for 3 turns.
Restrictions:Can only be used three times per battle.

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user slams his hand on the ground and sends a large wave of chakra into the ground. This wave of chakra causes all small, nearby sources of water to fly back into the clouds to replenish them. This has little effect on natural storms but on artificial ones it can be used multiple times to lengthen it almost indefinitely.

"The next technique is a kind of an advanced version of the very first technique. It starts off by forming a long line of hand seals, followed by gathering a large amount of rain based chakra to both your palms. You will then dash towards the opponent, as you form a massive orb of rain, and blast it towards the opponent, capable of causing blunt damage and opening for further attacks. Use it on my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

"Now a very powerful technique, you will create the necessary hand seals and then cause all the rain drops in the area of 20 meters, to turn into sharp water needles. These are weak alone, but together, they can cause considerable damage. Use ti against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

Aj starts performing the technique by making a string of handseals as he gathered a large amount of rain based chakra into both of his palms. He then dashed towards the clone as it made it's way towards him, forming a massive orb of rain as he did so, and blasted it straight into the clone. This caused blunt force damage to the clone and leaving it open to further attacks

An advantage of this technique is that it leaves the opponent open to further attacks if it manages to hit. However, the long string of handseals means that this technique takes a while to perform.

I'd use this technique in battle to attack my opponent as they moved towards me, or when they are in an aerial position. This would make it harder to evade.

----

Aj then continued on to perform the next technique. He performed a number of handseals and then caused all the raindrops in the area of 20 meters to turn into sharp water needles, starting just before his location and ending well behind the clone. The raindrops were weak alone, but together caused considerable damage to the clone as it moved forward.

An advantage of this is that the technique covers a wide area, and since it uses the already falling rain, the user can create countless shape blades to attack the opponent. Like the other technique, a fair amount of handseals need to be performed and could be counted as a disadvantage.

I'd have to use this technique when the opponent is a good distance away from me in order to avoid being caught in it myself.

"Yeah, and they all can be sent towards the opponent simultaneously. Anyway, good. Here you go."

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After a long line of handseals, the user is able to place a large amount of chakra into their hands and gather rain towards their palms. The user must begin running towards the target of the jutsu, once enough rain has been gathered and condensed to form a fist sized orb of water in the user's hand, the user must place their hand near the target. The orb of water will "explode" pushing enemies back and creating openings for attacks.

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user creates the necessary handseals and rain drops in an area of 20 meters around the user is able to turn into sharp water needles, these are relatively weak but can be directed towards an opponent.

"Now for the next two. The first one starts off by focusing your Rain based chakra high up in the clouds, and also at a point on the ground. You will then use your rain based chakra, to form a pillar of rain. This pillar falls down with great power, and has a radius of 4 meters. As it lands, it creates a shock wave of water, that spreads outwards. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

"An upgrade of Reflection Rain clone, where you will use your Rain based chakra, to create up to one hundred clones. This is done in close range, so imagine how this technique could be a tactical advantage. The clones mimic your every move. They can't damage the opponent, but they are pretty useful, if used right. Use it against my clone."

Only 11 days? I'm getting better xd
---

Aj began the next set of techniques by focusing his rain chakra into the clouds, and also toward a single point between himself and the clone that ran towards him. Using this concentrated chakra he created a pillar of rain that descended with tremendous power, spanning a radius of 4 meters. As it landed atop the clone it created a shock wave of water that spread outwards, causing water to harmlessly splash up against his ankles.

An advantage of this is that it doesn't require handseals (I assume), so it'd be hard for your opponent to know a pillar of water is falling from the sky given how cloudy it is. This is unless they have a dojutsu and can see the chakra being channelled. It also releases a shockwave after impact, which could hopefully push away any lingering enemies and whatnot. Hmmm....I think a disadvantage would be the time it takes for the technique to be utilized, seeing as how the water had to fall from the heavens, and the target might have moved out of the way by then.

I'd use this technique on a motionless target, or have it fall between myself and an opponent who's moving towards me. It could also work on flying summons I believe.
________________________________

Moving on, Aj used his rain based chakra to create one hundred clones within short range of him, which mimicked his every move. This caused the clone to become confused, unable to decipher which was the real one. Moving in sync, Aj would watch as the clone tired itself out destroying a number of clones.

An advantage to this technique is that you can create up to one hundred clones that mimic the user's movements. A disadvantage of this technique is that the clones can't attack the opponent ;_;

I'd use this technique to confuse an opponent in battle >.>

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A large scale upgrade of the Reflection Rain clone. The user can create his reflection one hundred different times, these clones don't cause a threat to the enemy and is destroyed by one hit but can make the enemy confused and the user will have time to issue another attack. l The clones mimic the user's every move.

"Now, the last A rank of Rain. The technique starts off by using your Rain based chakra, and focusing it into the sky above. You will then use that chakra, to gather rain and form it into a long trident. The tridents is somewhat solid, and when it cuts into the opponent, it expands which causes more damage. It is actually capable of breaking bones. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

"After that, the first S rank. This technique is fairly advanced, which allows you to draw a large amount of rain to a single point, and spins at high speeds. This causes it to draw the rain clouds towards said spot, and causes a wave like motion of water, which rushes towards the opponent. This vortex is extremely powerful, and could cut through armor, and is unstoppable for as long as the chakra supports it. A powerful technique, use it wisely. Use it against my clone."

Down to only 8 days? Yesh!!

Aj focused his rain chakra into the sky above, and caused the falling rain to gather into the form of a somewhat giant trident. The tridents would fall between Aj and the clone, and impale it as it ran towards him. Upon cutting into him the trident would expand to cause more damage, to the point where it even broke a few of it's bones.

Like the rain pillar earlier, an advantage of this is that it doesn't require handseals, and the fact that the trident extends to do more damage after cutting the enemy. Disadvantage would be that the trident would take some time to form and then fall,

I'd use this technique on an opponent who isn't moving, or have it fall between myself and an opponent who's moving towards me.

---------------

As the clone ran towards him, Aj , drew a large amount of rain between himself and the clone that he willed to spin at tremendous speeds. This caused rain clouds to be pulled towards the spot he chose, and causes a wave of rain/clouds(?) to rush towards the clone. The rushing vortex was so powerful that it easily ripped the clone apart and continued on into the distance.

An advantage of this technique is it's sheer power and destructive force. It's unstoppable as long as I channel chakra into it, so that could also be counted as a perk. A disadvantage of this is that I think the vortex would take some time to form.

I'd use this technique on an opponent while running towards them, or while they're running towards me. Give them something to deal with as I close the distance.

"Great job, here you go."

Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: A powerful jutsu that uses chakra to gather rain and form it into a long Trident. The Trident is able to change lengths at the user's well and thanks to the chakra has a somewhat solid form. The Trident returns to its' normal state shortly after creation. When the trident cuts into an object, it expands into said object causing more damage and sometimes can even be used to break bones.

Rank: S
Type: Supplementary/Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: A highly advanced technique that draws all the rain into one point, this single point spins at high speeds, so high that they begin to pull the rain cloud into them. The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion.
The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .

"Next, perform a long row of hand seals, you will then make a small cut on your ring finger. You will then raise your hand into the air, which takes the blood up and acts as a pseudo sacrifice. After this, the clouds itself will start to warp into several dragons. These dragons are capable of emitting one spiral spear per turn, and the dragons also acts as alternative sources for Rain techniques. Use it against my clone."

Dean creates a clone that runs towards AJ.

"After that, form several hand seals and use your Rain based chakra to change all the rain up to Mid range, into a pitch black color. This basically makes all Rain techniques transparent, and although they can only be felt, they can't seen. A very powerfultechnique, which can be combined with any Rain technique. Use it against my clone."
