what kind of dumb question is this. kirin would rape raikiri hands down. did you not read the manga and see the move????

If it were Raikiri vs. Kirin, it would have to be under the same circumstances...the cumulonimbus high up above already attracted by the heat.

Raikiri would attract a lightning-bolt anyways and would probably be able to guide it just as easily as Kirin, which is nothing more than Raikiri guiding a lightning-bolt...


they would be equal in power, speed, and size because they are the same in essence...

end of argument, think about it...if u want to compare the two, use the control.

They aren't the same in essence and definately not the same in power, speed and size.

One uses natural lightning and the other uses elemental chakra.
If both attacks were to be executed on separate targets, Kirin would have the better outcome. If they were to go up against each other being used at the same time...Kirin would hit first. We can't put in another jutsu to be used to avoid Kirin.

BUT Raikiri is a better choice because of it's reliability, chakra usage, and the fact that it doesn't need prior requirements (other than chakra) to be intitiated...

dudes, zetsu said that kirin is on an completely different level to any chakra-manipulating attack, which includes raikiri. the story is NOT true, kakashi cant cut anything which moves in 0,001 seconds, forget it. never.

and he is not immune to it. i think he countered kakazus attack with one of his own lightning-techniques, but if a raiton-user were immune to raiton-attacks, kakazu would have been completely immune to elemental attacks because he had all of the 5 elements.
