The Raikiri doesn't nearly have the destructive power that the Hellbringer has

Basically even if we invert role such as Kakashi learn hell stab and Raikage learn Raikiri.
Raikage would still winwith raikiri.

I personally prefer Raikiri since it can pass throw anything even lighting bolts adn it's more styled.

Chidori via shape manipulation/whatever in the form of a spear/blade was able to cut the tale of the hachibi like butter, just like the hell stab.

All it proves is plot no jutsu happened.

all rasengan is explode all hellbringer does is pierce and explode all raikiri does is cut a ginormous hole in whatever part it touches of u and yes it could cut throught the 8 tails tails

How? Neither Sasuke nor Kakashi can extend it far enough to cut all 8 keep in mind their about 20 feet wide each, so 160 feet total sasuke could extend his chidori what 10 feet? Kakashi probably could only extend it with shape manipulation maybe 20 feet. They can't cut 8 tails maybe 2 if their lucky.

The 3rd Raikages Hellstab and Kakashi's Raikiri are basically the same technique.
The only difference is that the third Raikage uses his immense speed and strength along with Raiton armor to make his more devestating.

If Kakashi had Raiton armor and alot of strength and used Raikiri it would be equally as devastating as Hellstab.

Depends on who uses it, if it's the 3rd Raikage vs Kakashi I say 3rd Raikage wins. If it's 4th Raikage vs Kakashi I say Kakashi wins.
