Raikage's arm

the arm which the raikage lost in his battle with sasuke is back.. i thought he permanently lost that arm and i didnt notice anyone mentioning in the manga till now and the arms back.. maybe i missed something, so please clear things up for me..thanks

someone posted earlier explaining her thingy on her forehead regenerated his arm. sounds reasonable enough but not confirmed.

Unless tsunade regrew it for him I think that's a shadow, it does kind of look like a hand, hope he gets a new one ( which would be great for me considering he's my favorite living kage and I'm testing for his bio xd )
