Minato is faster, both use jutsu's. One based on seals and the other on raiton. I'm getin' bored quoting these messages. And with the jutsu's A himself said the 4th is faster, he said this twice, so don't but... me.

Stronger goes definitly to raikage, cause his strength is amazing.

Handsome is personaly, but i think Minato is the better looking guy. And i ain't going to say he's handsome >.>

Minato wud win easily! There is no proof that Raikage is faster, Minato is the Yellow Flash!!! He can teleport and is probably stronger than even Jiraiya (his master), even Jiraiya said Minato was a genius and the most gifted ninja. Ever since the show started we have been hearing about the 4th, even in the first episode! Minato wud just rasengan the shit out of him!!!
