Raikage- Speed, Strength, Chakra, Stamina, Kage.

Kisame- Seven Legendary Swords men of the mist, Chakra draining Machine.

Location- The island where Raikage vs Killer Bee happened.

Physical State- In good condition.( Raikage with 2 arms)(Kisame with Samahada)

Mental State- Extremely Mad!

Seriously Raikage wins this one so easy. Kisame is quite powerful ill give him that, but with riaton amor lvl2 and any riaton attack inside kisame's water dome will just punish him. I understand samehada can steal Raikages chakra, but Raikage is one of the fastest people alive. So i dont see even the slightest chance of Kisame winning this one. Everything is just stacked against him
