i totally blieve people here consider minato stronger what he realy was!! he was so strong but not like this!!!! naruto has developed minatos rasengan several levels!! naruto doged raikage attack without any need to knife!!! and lotf of other things!!!
minato is the stongest without any doubt but he is not a god!!
if there is a huge diffrence b/w minato and raikage the same goes for kyuubi and b
