How does he dodge? Reacting to the Uchiha Bros is one thing, but what makes you think he can deal with the speed of the Ay Bee duo, who are much faster than the Uchiha duo.

After bisecting Itachi, Sasuke used Susanoo to try and grab Kabuto. Kabuto noticed Susano'o was around, after it was already around him. Still, he cleanly dodged.
Later, Sasuke used a Katon against a distracted Kabuto. Kabuto noticed the Katon was upon him a split second before it hit, and countered with a Suiton.
Kabuto's perception and reaction speed is intense.

But if he can't dodge, that's why I brought up Gathering of Snakes to reattach his head.
And this is all assuming Kabuto hasn't launched Hakugeki yet. Once that happens there's no possibility for Double Lariat in the first place.

1. Sussanoo arrow is either faster or at V2 Bee speed. Ay needs to adjust to Bee's speed. So he avoids getting beheaded.

2. Even is he couldnt. That still doesn't defeat Kabuto, so get outta with that crap.
