Team kumo for the win. You restrict KB a lot, but no matter. Ei is already a serious problem. White range will not really work against Raikage in Raiton mode (won't be as effective because he is protected). Bee in his v2 state (no bones) means he can't really be harmed by kabuto even if he gets can't in white rage.

Also kabuto cannot deal with Ei's speed. V1 yes kabuto can manage, but with v2, forget about it. These kumo will attack kabuto and realise he can liquify (although this is not always active, it's not to the same degree as Hozuki members. Kabuto has to activate it, it's not permanent). So even if kabuto is in liquid form, Ei and his Raiton abilities counter it well, bees Raiton channelled swords will also work.

Edit: The thing here is that neither is going to land an effective strike on one another.

SM sensing allows Kabuto to evade most of A/B's attacks, and automatic healing + hydrification nullifies physical attacks which are not raiton-enhanced.

On the other hand, Raiton-enhanced weapons/ V2 chakra arms cut down bone forest, muki tensei spikes, chakra scalpel etc. or some of them are just tanked by V2 shroud.

Though with no intel B could be caught off guard and lose, otherwise he outlasts Kabuto.

No Itachi couldnt move, he could only properly mold chakra in his conditions via Susanoo, since he was Edo. Sasuke couldnt do neither.

So far all of your arguments clearly show you have no idea what your talking. All of your ABC logic fails here, your lack of understanding manga, and counters is just a plain joke.

The difference between chakra scalpel and Chidori is that Scalpel works by focusing its power to do internal damage, and can ignore the external. Manga shares this. Now read this quote on the bottom:

This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.

Add the fact that this jutsu power came a long way, to bisecting characters, you have yourself feats that shows Ay isn't safe from this jutsu.

Unfortunate Kabuto has the location on his side, plus jutsu's to keep them separated. So with Den'ien'ei he can easily multi-task right after the genjutsu
