Sauce was able to break tsukuyomi because he was related to Itachi by blood (MangaFACT). Raikage CANNOT break tsukuyomi. FACT. Madara is not a genjutsu expert either. Itachi is.

Madara showing us that he can mastered sharingan tech within a sec and analyzed the sharinegan/rinnegan tech for a few minutes. That alone showing us that he can USE the TOOL at almost highest possible way.
Hebi sasuke wasnt at that level yet and took him quite of time to use MS tech.

Edit: Kishi also stated that Itachi is not always right, as Itachi underestimate Sasuke for his 3T, he said Sasuke needs MS to rival him, but turn out, he could break out of MS genjutsu with just 3T+CM

Itachi can activate Susano'o in all forms in less than 1/1000th of a second, faster than natural lightning. It's likely that Itachi is able to react to that as well. as the standard Lariat is used with V1 Raiton armor.

Not to mention Itachi's hand seal speed is faster than a sharingan can track, meaning he can create clones, set up genjutsu, or use whatever jutsu he wants at early the same speed. And the fact that Bee was able to counter Ay's Lariat speed, and Itachi was able to counter Bee's speed.

What are you talking about? Are you saying Base Bee > V2 A in speed because that lariat clash had literally zero to do with speed.

Tsukuyomi is meaningless if Ay doesn't look in Itachi's eyes. (which is common knowledge when fighting a Sharingan/Mangekyo Sharingan user)
Susano'o just prolongs the fight until Itachi dies
Totsuka wouldn't have a chance to pierce Ay
Ephemeral (Finger Genjutsu) can be broken by disturbing your chakra. Naruto was unable to do it himself, so Sakura and Chiyo did it. Ay would have more experience with this than someone like Naruto who never really did it before.


Madara had to hold Ay in place to use genjutsu on him. Ay was also exhausted from fighting 5 Madara clones with Susano'o at the same time, which is why he didn't just "speed blitz away".

i dont usually consider what a character says about his own technique as true, obviously a character is not going to downplay his technique by saying it's really easy to avoid, they hype their own techniques to make them look more intimidating

That was a traditional MS Genjutsu Madara casted.None of the other cool techs Madara has is relevenat to that subject .A Tsukuyomi is way above that.It took a second for the tsuchikage to release him from genjutsu.Had that been Tsukuyomi that one second stretches on for days on end

With his raiton armor and speed he avoids both amaterasu and genjutsu.

If itachi attempts amaterasu he would most certainly be punched in the face before he can even fire amaterasu. Nagato had to protect itachi against bee's attacks but raikage is alot faster than bee or his attacks.

Madara had to hold him down for genjutsu, because sharingan can't focus on him otherwise. And that only happened because Raikage was worried about tsunade and wasn't paying attention to madara. *wink* ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Itachi has no hope if he decides to camp inside susanoo, he will only be shooting himself in the foot.
