I'm an old skool SF junkie so I was lovin the SF references. I think (if they were to make a tradional fighting game) Raikage would probably be closer to Abel. The Body Flicker techinque's gotta be put in there somewhere. Abel's pretty mobile for a grappler/360/throw type character. Just switch Abel's dp for Ryu's or Ken's dp.
