In current Era, B and A are the perfect team, they got perfect combos, setup, both powerful and everything...

Km naruto + 6clones handles B, Raikage lost an arm vs MS sasuke, but now its EMS sasuke > hes much more powerful, sorry A, ur hole body will be lost this time

Naruto in Sage Mode would destroy Bee with extreme speed strength and invisible punches.(Naruto won't be able to use KM while Samehada is with Bee).
Raikage battle an already exhausted Sasuke to a draw back at the Kage summit. Sasuke could only summon susanoos ribcage to protect him. Genjutsu would keep Raikage down for the count. Ems Sasuke could maintain susanoo longer so Raikage would never touch him and he would not escape multiple Amaterasu blasts and susanoo arrows.

Personally I think Raikage and Killer B can win.
We haven't seen EMS in action like what it can do offensively so that's on the side.
Killer B > MS Sasuke
KM Naruto >= Raikage v2
Plus remember this is a 2v2 and Raikage and Killer B have shown to be an incredible team with their lariats as shown with what they did to the zetsu Kisame with such power to decapitate the enemy's head and it requires perfect amount of force on both sides otherwise it will inflict the user damage.
