Ay wins. Deidara isn't even going to get into the air, or far enough into the air to prevent Ay from either blitzing him while he's still on the ground with Lightning Straight, or going max speed and then jumping at him before he's gotten too high.

Sasuke was able to counter Deidara with Chidori variants. How is Deidara gonna even try and hurt Ay when all his bomb types are countered and diffused by Lightning Cloak?

Horrible match up, Ay wins, arguably low difficulty.

I would have to agree with Souji. Even if the cloak did not have electrical properties, how could Deidara time the explosion when he cannot even see when the bomb is close enough to the Raikage? ._.

I've debated this on a tournament and i won.. its too simple for A.

C1 and C2 : If sasuke dodged it, raikage does it easely

C3: This is A's biggest problem, he defuses it with lightining transmission before it hits the floor

C4: The mini bombs get defused as soon as they make contact with the lightining on raikage's body.

Obviously Ay wins, if anything tries to touch him his lightning armor nullifies it, including c4
