Looks: Look at the pictures for the face. He is 6"3', and quite muscular from training with Raiju. He wears a Kumogakure ANBU uniform that is set out like this:
Underarmour: Black is the best color for Anbu work - He wears tight black turtleneck undershirts beneath their armour, with long sleeves.
Chest Armour: Storm cloud grey, dark but still identifiably grey. Shaped like the Konoha armour vests, but with a high V-neck rather than the squared neck of Konoha armour.
Arm-guards/gloves: The armoured lower arm and wrist guards are grey, too, with black foundations and full finger gloves. The armour plate is smaller than the Konoha version and straps for concealing needles and daggers are on either side of the wrists. There is a pull away strap covering the Secretary Bird tattoo on his right forearm, this strap can be pulled away if needed.
Trousers: Standard form-fitting black combats with hidden pockets that reach the lower calf and are bound to the leg by black bandages to footwear.
Footwear: Medium high black boots with incorporated shin guards (a la Anko, if you can picture it that way). Steel toe caps, no squeak soles. Also has a hidden blade in each boot that can pop out when needed.
Weapon: Has a standard katana at his hip.
Holsters: Standard kunai holsters wrapped to thighs.
Headband: Strapped to his Right Shoulder

Background Info.
History:
Raiden is an older cousin of Kiba Inuzuka, and was born in Konohagakure on a night when a great lightning storm was ravaging the village. This was the reason for the name Raiden (rai (雷, thunder), den (電, lightning))and his love of lightning. At a young age he was given his Dog Companion who he named Raijū (雷獣,"thunder animal" or "thunder beast") a strong wolf-like dog that took aspects from his name. Raiden went to the academy in Konohagakure where he graduated at age 7 becoming a Genin. After two years of missions and hard training he took the chuunin exams and passed earning him the rank of Chuunin. After 5 years of hard work, he was promoted to Jounin and joined the Anbu Black OPs specifically the ANBU root where he worked for Danzou Shimura before his death at the hands of Sasuke Uchiha. When he was 16 and the "Invasion of Pain" events occured he was following Danzou's orders not to help Konoha, but quietly he contemplated Danzou's orders with Raiju (who had the ability to speak english) and came to the conclusion that he was Power Hungry. Thus Raiden decided to leave Konoha with Raiju for another village, and found his chance while Danzou went to the Kage Summit. He left for Kumogakure because it was in the Land of Lightning and Raiden liked Lightning. As missing-nins, Raiden & Raiju traveled for days. One day he came across a man named So6p who quickly became friends with him. Because of their friendship So6p taught Raiden how to summon Secretary Birds and thus their friendship was solidified. Also he met a shinobi called Jinbeiwhom he became friends with, and they taught each other jutsu they had made. Upon finally making it to Kumogakure, he was surprised to see that the great Shinobi actually welcomed him to their village and thus Raiden's loyalty to Kumogakure was neverending. In Kumo he met a strong shinobi called Kirabi, seeing Raiden's bond with Raiju, he taught Raiden how to summon Ninja Dogs.
