We are at a beach with an ocean...
to start i use Kage Bunshin to create two clones, the first thows two paper bombs and the second goes into hiding

I use water encampment wall to block your fire attack...

I think the match should carry on as you wouldn't be able to send lightning through the yo-yo only cancel it out(as it is not a metal object) chidori takes alot of space up in the user's hand so to grab the yoyo and to channel lightning back at the user would be a lot of effort and would give ragnaroc time to counter so in my opinion they cancel each other out U_U
