Looks: Ragnar is a man of average size, golden hair and blue pupils which turns blood red upon the activation of his sharingan. His hair is cut to the root by the sides, leaving a cluster of the middle section neatly designed and arranged. He sports numerous weapons, upon which a battle axe strives the most, as is his prefered weapon of combat and is always carried on his belt.
Personality: Ragnar is a fearsome and unstoppable warrior. He is a man driven by a lust for glory and fame, but also of curiosity and a thirst for knowledge.Since a little boy,Ragnar has always valued knowledge higher than anything,learning some of the most difficult jutsus for his age with an ease. All of which makes him a fearsome warrior who is dedicated to his cause.
In battle, Ragnar is swift and ferocious, and his blows carry incredible force behind them which allows him to defeat any enemy in battle. He is a warrior born, a master of axe, sword and spear. Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Background Info
History: Ragnar went to Lagertha's home to confess his love to her, on one of the many common days in Konoha. But he was set upon by a bear and an enormous hound who guarded her home. Ragnar killed the bear with his spear and strangled the hound with his bare hands, he found himself int he middle of the Uchiha massacre, however being out of the clan area at the moment he fled to the outskirts of the village; though through the path away from the village he met with Rollo who was carrying few wounded friends on his back.They decided to leave the village that betrayed them forever in their pasts.
Their first task was to care for the wounded.Few days past and one of their two friends with them,One-Eyed died.You see,Ragnar,his family and few other families were from north lands beyond the known lands.His great grandfather was a close friend to Madara Uchiha and after witnessing his strength,and fury in battle Madara decided to let him marry into the clan. Together with Madara they were working to achieve the supremacy of the Uchiha clan,but later their plans had to be put on hold because after Izuna's death the previous determination from Madara was no longer present,and the started to live a life of peace.However norhtern blood requeres constant bloodshed and battle.For them to die in battle is the purest and most honourable way to die.That is why they were happy for One-eyed.He was with their friends and families now.Both Rollo and Ragnar were determined to follow their paths,both of them determined in their persuit for glory,riches and fame,but Ragnar mostly for knowledge.Knowledge of as many jutsus as he could find.And all of them powerful.While in Konoha he heard of a shinobi named Orochimaru,and being curious as he is ,Ragnar wanted to find him.He decided to go alone,and told his brother to take their friend to another village and wait for him there,while doing his own thing.

Earth//Taijutsu Speciality: Ragnar has went training through endurance and effort. Earning the necessary skill to perform even the most complicated earth jutsu with the performance of a single handseal. Coupled with his Taijutsu skills make Ragnar a noteworthy opponent. Leading to quick and sudden jabs, kicks and otherwise unparalleled maneuvers with his body to bring out his best and annihilate targets with precise and accurate blows. Which are further increased in terms of accuracy through his sharingan.Ragnar also tends to make himself strong through endurance in heat,cold,pain and training free form taijutsu when he can.
Uchiha - 2 Tomoe: It allows the user to perceive motions as well as be able to copy the motions perceived as long as he is able to perform them physically. When activated the user's eyes turn blood red, and gain two extra pupils, the tomoe which surrounds the original pupil. Ragnar can anticipate and analyze faster movement, as well as mimic minor movements made by an opponent. He can now track higher speeds (almost twice as fast) and, by reading the handseals, can predict to some extent the use of Ninjutsu techniques. With his 2 tomoe, Ragnar is also able to pierce through visual C rank genjutsu and below.
