first i want you to meditate onto of a pile of sand *creates a pile of sand*
meditate about how sand can be used, what makes up sand, its strengths and defenses and what you could use to combine with it

Sand can be used to protect me from attacks or I could manipulate the sand and attack enemies with it. Sand is made up of billions of particles of weathered rock and mineral. (I'm not exactly sure what it would be strong or weak against but I'll try) Sand is strong against water and is weak against lightning. I could combine wind with sand and create a sandstorm to blind and hurt the enemy.
