Background
Unlike his younger cousin, Raditz was born a few years before Goku, of course unknown to everyone. Raditz were weird ones who were very quiet in the village of Kirigakure. His father, a swordmaker, along with his friend-like brother (Goku's Father) at the time, had just got involved with the black market selling swords. Secretly Goku's father had told Raditz father about the workings of Haki and how he attained it. Naturally, Raditz father passed these stories to Raditz who took a liking immediately, but never talked about it. Raditz took a liking to swords in which he always carries one around with him at all time, being very proficient in Sword Arts; Kenjutsu. One night Kirigakure was attacked, Raditz being 5 at the time wasn't supposed to engage in conflict, but being very skilled in his Kenjutsu arts and young, his talents were used as trickery measures. He would act as a small wanderer, then eliminate as much as he of the enemy then flee back to the village.
Using this measure would ensue less casualties for the village while allowing Raditz to quench his blood thirstiness. But during this attack everything went wrong and Raditz was inevitably captured then brain washed. The village, not knowing of his secret endeavors didn't miss the young shinobi as they didn't know his worth. He was brainwashed into thinking that he was one of the attackers son and although the Genjutsu wore off, he had lived so much onto that life, that was all he knew. He was 15 when it finally wore off. Now being a wanderer, he told his makeshift father that he wanted to be on his own. So he set off on his own. He traveled the Ninja World in search of training in various elements in which he found various teachers such as Gobi Gobletsson, ~Crow~, Jinbei, Akiza, and other sensei who taught him basic 5 elements and his Genjutsu, Taijutsu, and Ninjutsu.
After mastering those said elements and abilities, Raditz became a power seeker. He went on various journeys seeking worthy adversaries in order to fight on par with him. He defeated enemy after enemy (I HONESTLY KICKED ALL THEIR ASS IT WAS SO FUNNY IT WAS SO FUNNY MAN HAHAHAHAH), gathering intel and improving his abilities. One day he went to a Tavern in order to pretty much cause trouble and try to find anyone who was seeking an ass kicking; he had travelled all the way to the lightning country. In the process of destroying the Tavern he was offended by a man by the name of Darui who carried a broad sword on his back. It looked like a blade of sort. Raditz, having spoke up and challenged the man, Darui told him to back down. Raditz was no punk and he usually let his temper get the best of him. He reached for his sword and began to swing while Darui made 2 handseals and tentacles of a bright looking energy burst from under Raditz and touching him. Immediately Raditz was paralyzed as the ropes continued to crawl up him and shock him. He thought his time was near, you know getting his ASS PWNED by another ninja (IT WASN'T EVEN ALL THAT SERIOUS >_> I TRIPPED INTO HIS ATTACK), but Darui was kind hearted and released his jutsu in exchange for Raditz's information. He was told to come with Darui to a village known as Kumogakure.
Having just ventured to this new village, Raditz was unsure of the entire situation, but nevertheless he followed Darui on what seemed to be his next step in life. When he arrived to the village, Darui and Raditz were stopped by a big fellow who went by the name of Seblax, he was obviously the gate watcher at the time. He was then welcomed by several members such as Raiden, Gatsndshanks, Kirabi, then ultimately the Raikage, Mugiwara. After with going a short spar with Gatsndhshanks, he was initiated into the village ranks as a Chuunin. Seeing his power, he was put a step above everyone else. After a year or so, he was approached by Seblax who was interested in teaching him his Vulture summoning, but in the end Raditz wasn't interested in the offer. A few years down the road having become friendly with the Jinchuriki Kirabi and having become a Jonin of the highest rank, Kirabi felt it was Raditz time to learn a secret. Kirabi proceeded to teach Raditz Ninja Dog summoning and a power up known as "Fang Mode" which was very powerful. Eventually Kirabi became the next Raikage and things started to change around the village. Various strong members emerged such as Igneel, Better, and Daemon. Others were very strong also such as Serpent, Kenshin, Ciberr, and Broly. Having entered an intervillagee tourney, Raditz was matched up against Broly. During the fight he made a grave mistake and suffered a lost as well as a hard collision on his head (AGAIN I TRIPPED >_>). Around that time, he started to remember events of when he was smaller. He started to remember his father and the talkings of Haki. He then decided to set off from Kumogakure after the only person who he knew that knew all about it...Goku. Having travelled and finally caught up with Goku, he was promised to be taught the workings of Haki.

Water Release:
Due to Raditz's high mastery over Water release while furthering his training in Kumogakure, he can perform all techniques with only a single hand seal.
Earth Release:
Raditz was a monster when it came to fighting, eventually Earth, fitting his monstrous nature, became his second chakra affinity. He can perform all Earth technique a bit faster than normal.
Kenjutsu:
Raditz, having grown up in Kirigakure while his father was a sword maker had plenty of free time on his hands, literally. Whenever he had free time he would pick up a sword and practice over and over. He eventually became a monster with a wielded object and can now proficiently as any master of the sword.
Summoning Tattoo:
Raditz has a summoning tattoo located two places on his body. On his right forarm and right below his bottom lip. This makes it easier for him to summon his animals during battle.
Dog Medallion:
Raditz has a Medallion that hangs around his neck at all times. This medallion is only used by members who have signed the Dog Contract and who have entry to Mount Fang. This Medallion is used to communicate with others by simply pressing and holding it.
