I tried to give the nose a plastic type because of the mask

Ummm srry but its a 1/5.

It looks like a rough scetch rather than a done drawing. The lines are shaki and dead, entire face is deformed with that weird nose and the huge ear.
The eye is ok but with the rest of the head it just looks huge.

Do use a refference of some sort? Do you sketch the figure first or do you just draw blank?
