So when you join a village there are customs special to that village can those customs only be used between villages or can they be used in non-village related battles.

Jinchuriki bio's need tests right so if I would make now a naruto bio with kurama(considering someone dosn't have it) and I pass the test I get the bio right or do I need permission to even make a jinchuriki bio and required to pass some qualifications if so what are the qualifications.

Bios of members that have been inactive for more than three months, can we take that bio or not.

This is a suggestion making a sub section in training grounds for sensei training applications and each Sensei should make a thread about there application this will allow a more organized role play and making it easier for new members

bolded: they can be used wherever i think (correct) but if you leave you cannot use them. and you have to show your village bar

italics: o.o taking kyubi bio? not only do you have to beat the other people who want it but you have to beat the person who holds it who will not be defeated easily

underlined: that suggestion has been made many times before...idk if it got over-looked or something >.>. just don't take credit for it. give credit for mig j.j

1. So when you join a village there are customs special to that village can those customs only be used between villages or can they be used in non-village related battles.

2. Jinchuriki bio's need tests right so if I would make now a naruto bio with kurama(considering someone dosn't have it) and I pass the test I get the bio right or do I need permission to even make a jinchuriki bio and required to pass some qualifications if so what are the qualifications.

3. Bios of members that have been inactive for more than three months, can we take that bio or not.

4. This is a suggestion making a sub section in training grounds for sensei training applications and each Sensei should make a thread about there application this will allow a more organized role play and making it easier for new members
1. Depends on the village and its internal rules. Some might not like the concept of having their cjs used with non village things, giving your enemy a chance to create counters. You'll need to ask within your village to be sure.

2. Jinchuuriki bios require you to be a certain rank and to pass the battle test. Also, there can only be one bio of each jinchuuriki at any given time in NB.

3. No. And in the case of the bios that have a limited number of users (like the aforementioned jinchuuriki bios), even if the user is inactive, the bio isn't obtainable until the mods deem that bio available again and take it from the original user, making it free again. As for the other bios, they are from the user regardless of activity.

4. Already suggested before. Senseis are responsible for having their own application methods. Some prefer VMs, others make a thread. However, its up to the sensei to have the method best for him.
