Yeah its hard to understand how Minato sealed the 9t.
But Naruto has both halves of the 9t right now.

Naruto only used the new form for 2 things:
1. Reseal the 9t
2. Punch Kisame

What are you talking about. Half of the 9t was sealed in minato when he died.

He does not have the whole thing. He was only given half. The scroll seal from the toad only completely released the full HALF of the kyuubi's chakra. It did not release it and give him minato's half as well.

S-Jounin...I think is 500 or something
Chunnin is 200+
