Questions about RP

Hey guys!

First of all I dont know if this can be posted here but here I go!

I have been more and more interested in making a role play profile and got some questions which are following...

1# When you make a bio, thats the "toon" you will roleplay with?
2# Can you role play as known characters from Naruto?
3# If you say yes on #2 can only one on this forum be that guy?
4# Can you be a jinchuriki/host of a kyubii?
5# If yes can only one on the forum control it?
6# If the wanted kyubii has been taken and absorbed by the Akatsuki in the series already, you can't pick that one?
7# I have been reading somewhere that some skills, jutsus, GK's are forbidden like transplant of sharingan eyes but is there a thread about all forbidden stuffs you cant choose?

8# Sorry for terrible english lol!

u should ask a MOD cause they would be able to help u more with some of the questions

Ok thank you for the quick response. Why I didnt want to contact a mod to start with was just that I dont want to be a burden when they are doing so much to this page so thought it's better to post in public so any with some sparetime over can answer but will see how this thread end up with if there's a mod who can answer or if I will ask in a PM later on

1) yes
2) yes but some overpowered ones require tests, such as use of sharingan, sage mode, pein etc.
3)many people can be one character for most, but some do have restrictions to 1 character for the forum.
4) yes
5) yes
6) no matter if the bijuu has been absorbed you can use it if you pass tests and i believe you have to get it from the owner.
7) yes guidelines on special abilities and KG's on RPG biography subforum.
