It was stated in the databook.

She tried to kill them because they were born with chakra and fused with Shinju in order to become the Juubi in order to do so. Hagoromo and Hamura didn't even know they were fighting Kaguya.

Translation for Kaguya's page.

Ever since "humans" were given form, they have fought each other and walked in a world of war. The earth was stained with blood, and as if it were absorbing that blood for nourishment, the Shinju took root in the earth. Eventually the Shinju beared a single fruit, and a certain clan came from another world seeking that fruit: the Ootsutsuki clan. Kaguya, leader of the Ootsutsuki, ate the fruit and became the progenitor of all chakra, and with her absolute power brought peace to the world in an instant.

After ending the turbulent era, she became known as the Rabbit Goddess and received the blessing of the people, giving birth to twins. But after that, Kaguya would occasionally use harsh means to rule the people as a dictator. The Byakugan, Sharingan, and Infinite Tsukuyomi - the people feared and respected the jutsu Kaguya wielded. Eventually, the "Rabbit Goddess" became known as a demon instead. And then, Kaguya became ruled by her desire to make all chakra her own.

To make all chakra one - Kaguya's desire eventually turned on Hagoromo and Hamura, her own twin sons with whom she had split her chakra. Kaguya formed a plan, and in order to take in all chakra, fused with the Shinju and battled against her twin sons.

The twins, assuming that the Juubi was a transformed Shinju attacking them in order to reclaim the chakra that was taken from it, faced off against it. And after a fierce battle, the activated Rikudou Chibaku Tensei. They turned it into the moon and sealed it away.

Caption next to Hamura on the last page: The Gedou Mazou, the remaining shell of the Juubi, was sealed in the moon. Hamura took command of the clan to watch over the Mazou.

Fair enough then, but that doesn't really explain if she was "evil" from the start or it was the Shinjuu influence that twisted her brains.

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. She became a god from eating a fruit, you'd bet that all of that power got to her head.

none of that power didn't get to Hagoromo's head at all when he became the jinchuuriki with rinnegan and and all that senjutsu power...Interesting.

1. Where the "F" she comes from?

Still vague..

2. Who is the father of her kids?

Unknown.

3. How she know about her grandsons if she was sealed away before they was born?

one of the databook translations implied that she is literally Black zetsu.

4. How come Hagoromo didn't use "Ninshū" to understand her?

Think he developed ninshu sometime after her sealing.

5. Who on God's earth did Hagoromo give the "D" to, to birth them bad ass kids?

Unknown

6. So really..Kaguya just left her home and come to earth to create a new world? Her daddy or momma didn't come looking for her?

It's not confirmed that she is an Alien

7. Hagoromo and Hamura sealed their own mother. That's wrong on so many levels. With all that power, they couldn't create a talk-no-jutsu follow by izanami to save her? Or just weaken her to the point where she could explain what's wrong with her?

They didn't know that it was their mother when the Juubi was sealed.

Last question.....Really..How she know about her grandchildren? She clearly stated that amaterasu is Indra's move.

Did she say amaterasu was Indra's jutsu?

Oh what's up with that castle when Kaguya first teleported everybody to another world?

unknown.

It's probably because he saw how it destroyed his mother. It was only after witnessing Ashura and his idea of peace through love did he split the ten tails into 9 beasts, leaving him to die and move on.

But in this case it means that she wasn't actually pure evil, because I don't think people can ever really change absolutely.

I'm really not fond on this whole concept of good and evil, whatever....

Sasuke has Amaterasu? What about it?

it doesn't say Indra has Amaterasu...she saw Sasuke use Amaterasu the first time she took them to the Ice dimension.

Right. Hagoromo claimed that Madara was obsessed with power, when madara's agenda was to bring peace to the world. being obsess with power and bring peace to the world are two different things.

Hagoromo is lying about some shit. If he was truly watching the whole time, he would've realized that his younger son and the first hokage birthed more problems to the world than the older son and Madara did.

He was obsessed with power. But that obsession bred from his wish to bring absolute peace to the world, so yeah...

Ashura became the new leader of "Ninshū". He connected everybody together and do things together. Hagoromo claimed that Indra was a solo man. Done everything by himself. Don't you think that the everybody would live in peace after Ashura and Indra's battle ended? Indra and Ashura is gone, but the people and ninshu is Ashura's legacy. They would carry on his righteous path. A thousand years later, wars are still being waged.

Hashirama want to end war and break the barrier between clans by creating a village. Unintentionally, he basically just prisoned the uchiha clan despite Madara warning him about it. Everything he fought for went down the drain the moment he punkly stabbed madara in the back. After Madara is gone, the world should be in peace right? Nope...3 great shinobi wars after Madara's death. The uchiha played no role in it. In fact, the uchiha clan had their own internal war going on according to itachi.

Hashirama said the village come first before family and friends. Madara told him that he got it backward. Family and friends should come first before the village. This is why Naruto is a better Hokage than Hashirama. Naruto pick friends first before the village. By picking friend first, there will no reason for the village to come first when it is friends and families that make up a village.

I can't say much for Indra because we don't have a lot information on him. But I can say Madara is not the evil or bad guy here. All he was doing was fighting the shinobi system just like Ichigo was fighting the soul society system to save rukia. Madara decided to become heartless after his only friend told him that he would pick the village over his friend, family, even kids.

Hashirama had too much power plus the support of the whole world against Madara. The uchiha clan stop listening to Madara. Madara was on his own. He had no choice.

Im starting to think that Hashirama not only had Ashura's power, he had Hagoromo's senjutsu power too.

Well, Indra had descendents...so he had to have had some people close to him. In theory, his offspring would carry on his ideals...especially being manipulated by Bz.

If you look at the first kage meeting Hashirama had pretty much secured a ceasefire between the villages...but, then Madara went around and undermined him...Telling other villages to Obey Konoha...It's why in Onoki's flashback someone said "that is not what Hashirama dono said"

That should've been undone the moment Hashirama "Killed" Madara. I thought that meeting was after Madara death when he decided to collect all of the tailed beasts.
