Sasuke with 8.5 biju is already equal to Naruto with all bijuu chakra. Naruto only had a portion of each bijuu and so did Sasuke. Sasuke has the genjutsu to control the bijuu while Naruto collaborates.

This I believe to be true. In the Boruto mover they were equals although nerfed.

Naruto was nerfed to RSM/KCM and sasuke was nerfed to EMS/Rinnegan without going full on. Full powered Naruto with RSM/All Bijuu equals Full powered sasuke EMS/Rinnegan without restrictions(Six Path abilities).

However kishi hasn't shown them full powered/serious since vote 2, imagine adult Naruto and sasuke full powered no restrictions.

Narutards/Sasuke haters make it seem as if Sasuke took all the chakra from the bijuu's when he only absorbed a portion of each bijuu(given by the fact that the bijuu's were still inside the CT and Sasuke was going to attempt using them again but his powers were getting weaker)
They also like to throw out the fact that Naruto needed a shitton of Natural energy to Match Sasuke's bijuu Susanoo.

Naruto= Sasuke even the author himself said so but oh well, atleast they're fun to argue with.

He is on par with RSM naruto with kyuubi which naruto used in the movie.

RSM Naruto with all bijuu's abilities can stomp anyone anywhere.
