Sasuke is already equal to Naruto with all bijuu chakra. Naruto only had a portion of each bijuu and so did Sasuke. Sasuke has the genjutsu to control the bijuu while Naruto collaborates.

Rsm/kcm at best. I dont see how dimensional swapping and ct can help him against rsm Naruto with all bijuu chakra, seeing that he already countered these jutsu.

This I believe to be true. In the Boruto mover they were equals although nerfed.

Naruto was nerfed to RSM/KCM and sasuke was nerfed to EMS/Rinnegan without going full on. Full powered Naruto with RSM/All Bijuu equals Full powered sasuke EMS/Rinnegan without restrictions(Six Path abilities).

However kishi hasn't shown them full powered/serious since vote 2, imagine adult Naruto and sasuke full powered no restrictions.
