So for some reason I can't open my ISO file on my PSP when it's linked to my laptop/computer,it say access is denied,so is it OK to make a new folder and put games there instead of the ISO folder?

*Note: I don't own a psp.
An iso is just an image. Sounds like you need to change permissions. There should be a way to change modes/permissions under your operating system. Maybe just make it executable or readable?

Is there an alternative way to do this without downloading anything,and by the way,so disappointed in windows 7

u can always use the restore button and if don't know a thing get someone reinstall your windows
