FIRST: I posted this in chatterbox bc I didn't want it mistaken for a base or anime question.

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO KNOW...
For about 2 months now I've been doing cardio/ strength training 45 min ea. 5x a week. I know you typically gain weight before losing from muscle mass.

MY question: Will the numbers eventually go down or will they stay about level?
I already tried looking it up and I keep getting the same things about gaining do to m.m and that's all it says. Thanks.

I can see the difference, but I'm about to throw my scales away bc it's kinda discouraging.. I was 123 when I started and I'm about 130 now. I'm just wondering if I'll keep gaining or even out.

Toss the scale out and go with the look. If you look and feel better, then screw the scales xd


But yeah, as the muscles grow, you'll burn any fat, so yes, eventually all shall be well.

Muscle weighs more than fat, and also looks better. just do what he said go by looks. Its hard to give a perfect answer for your question anyways because people all metabolize differently.
