FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO KNOW...
For about 2 months now I've been doing cardio/ strength training 45 min ea. 5x a week. I know you typically gain weight before losing from muscle mass.
MY question: Will the numbers eventually go down or will they stay about level?
I already tried looking it up and I keep getting the same things about gaining do to m.m and that's all it says. Thanks.
