Bolded is soooo wrong. Naruto had to tap into the ninetails chakra in order to summon gamabunta for the first time IMMENSE CHAKRA is needed.

Sasuke did it on his last breath. Uchiha chakra is potent(better way to describe it) but if he had enought POTENT chakra to summon manda AND put it in a genjutsu then he had enought energy to get up and raikiri Deidara's @ss.
