Bro she has not summon her animal yet and her slug can attach herself to all the kages to heal them. The word sannin means all powerful three and she made two names for herself already best medical ninja and also the fifth hokage. If she did not suit the title then she would not been nominated and it was stated by the elders that she is gifted for the job. Madara died a long time ago so he have not seen all tsunade work he is just judging her based on what she has displayed in the battle. Kakashi was a huge help in the Pain arc one of his main strategies and even Choza stated this he will use a clone until he figures out his enemies strategies but this time round he used a lightning clone along with a Raikiri which used up half his chakra. Had he not used that kind of clone he wouldn't have died after using that last kamui Kakashi is hokage material but he like the other possible candidates doesn't want the position. To be fair if Jiraiya accepted the title in the 1st place we probably wouldn't even know who Tsunade was not syaing she doesn't deserve the title but she did only get the spot due to the others declining.

On the main topic, Tsunade is a definitely worthy of being hokage and during Pain's invasion she acheived something arguably no hokage would have been able to do: save the village from Pain's shinra tensei. I realise this point has been stated numerous times but people don't seem to understand how amazing this is and saving the lives of 'a few fodder ninja' was what Minato did against the kyuubi too wasn't it. Just because Tsunade used some cool jutsu do it (not forgetting there was economic damage after the kyuubi attack too) doesn't take away from the fact that it was amazing

Comparing her to the other hokages is unfair. The hidden leaf has always been the strongest village suggesting they always had the strongest Kage. How many other shinobi in the narutoverse were as good as them in their prime? I'm pretty sure I could only count them on one hand. Tsunade is one of the Senju, so not only carries the tremendous strength and ridiculous chakra reserves, she also carries the will of fire and although many other other shinobi have this belief as well, Tsunade clearly can carry this out on a large scale and is a legendary shinobi known through out the world.

ps. in response to that Madara rubbish people are talking about, who apart from Hashirama, Naruto and Sasuke could even begin to challenge Madara now. No one

im backkkkkkkkk i had a food break. now the fact is tsuande helped more than kakashi. where kakashi gaind information on the deva path and saved chouji tsunade saved thousands of lives durin the huge shinra tensei. while during the attack injured were left for dead decreasing the village chances of winning tsunade made sure that was not a option by healing them. even danzo said he wont worry much because tsunade nad katsuyu will prevent the village from having no population.

Yo whats up, yeah seen that she did have a slug there to keep him alive but like you said if it wasn't for Kakashi's strategies during that battle they would have bit the dust before they could say "jack be nimble". I mean he came up with some good plans to counter Tendo's jutsu's and very nearly pulled it of if it wasn't for that other pain getting in the way. Even Tendo acknowledged Kakashi's abilities by saying he will finish him now as he might become a problem to him later and once again Kakashi still had a trick up his sleeve to avoid that nail.
