Can you make a ruling about threads?

I mean many times i post something or someone posts something,people change completely the point of thread and talk about something else (it has nothing to do with the point of thread).

This happened more than 10 times while i was in this forum,maybe it happened more than 50 times who knows???

And some people are ruining threads,just look at this :

I shouldn't give you the link,i talk about Momoshiki vs Toneri

It automatically turned into a Madara Kaguya Sasuke Naruto thread.

Kinda like if someone makes a thread about the new president of America and i speak about 2+2=4.

Well i don't want to show myself disrespectful towards other members or something,sorry but i think we should talk about the point of thread and not bring random things there and change completely the point of thread...

Edit:Any1 who changes the point of thread must get a warn or something similar.

Just report, and don't engage, most infractions seem to
come from reports anyways. .-.

I talk about the ability of Toneri or example the gravity or maybe tenekenisis and then people ruin the point of my thread by insulting him or by saying Madara solo's...can't even give a opinion.
And it has nothing to do with Toneri vs Madara...

I think it's hard for the mods to put an end to trolling when those kinds of posts exceed the on-topic ones. All you can do is use the report button.
