What can 5 elements (Hiruzen) can do?

Does this mean Hiruzen > Juubito in terms of element mixing prowess?

It means Hiruzen soloes Juubi Jin with Low diff, also Hiruzen with 5 elements > Senjutsu

I think that just because Hiruzen can use the 5 elements, doesn't mean he can MIX them effectively to create something similar to Onmyoudon (or greater).

Also, because this is Juubito, I doubt that it's only 4 elements being used, there's probably some Ying/Yang Senju Uchiha mumbo jumbo going on.

No, it means Juubito can combine all four elements into far more stronger than Kekkei Genkai and Kekkei Tota.

No. Juubito was actually using Yin-Yang Release, which is way cooler than 5 elements, and hiruzen cant combine them, apart from using them in the same area.
