[Question] Question Regarding Bio

Hello All!

I applied for a Bio today and got rejected, but one member told me that i can have basic Academy jutsu already. I have not trained any jutsu, so I am just wondering if there is a list of available jutsu for an Academy Ninja without the need for training them? Thanks!

Yes, you have access to the E-rank basic ninjutsu but you need to have 50 posts to make a biography.
