Do you think tobi could have a third eye which is maybe why he had a bandage wrapped around his forehead which we saw after he broke his mask against konan

Yup, I proposed this theory myself (and prolly someone else) long ago lol, I assume it is a Byakugan eye...

Well about his time and space migration technique. A question that have for long wandered in my head. He has not once shown that he has a mangekyou sharingan. If so its clearly not his right eye technique. Im quite sure Tobi do not even posses a mangekyou sharingan so where does this technique come from? Any theories on this matter?

Actually I do believe tobi does have mangyekou sharingan because he controlled the kyuubi and it was stated by itachi that you needed at least an ms to control it.
Also if you remember at the 5 kage meeting the mizukage told tobi that because he possessed MS and there was also one in akatsuki who had rinnegan hence tobi knew everyting that was wriiten on the uchiha tablet and tobi did not deny having MS

It could just be a normal S/T technique... like Minato and Tobirama had. You don't need to be Uchiha or have MS to have it.
