Question : Kekkei Genkais

IF my character has a kekken genkai ( e.g.bones ) or a special clan move ( e.g. puppets, bugs ), do i need to learn that move from anyone?
If yes, does it have to be a sensei ?

Please someone answer ( preferably a mod )

Zanji is one of the oldest users on NB and he doesnt use his EMS so much

i think he used EMS to teleport like twice within the first 4 turns....

and you need the person who created it's permission and be "taught" to use them.
i think theres like 2 bone techniques that arent not customs...

It depends on who you percive as the top 3. It's between Zanji, Bisha for 2nd and 3rd.
