Gaara cuz he still tech has the wind release I mean Kishi would've been took it away idk what y'all think ??

I think gaara and temari (even tho she's almost fonder) need some type of close range move just In case somebody bypasses there wind or sand

Well rasengan isnt originally a wind based technique. Its just a big ball of chakra. If they learn the control and what not then maybe they can utilize it.

anyone could....but it is an incredibly advanced technique that requires good chakra control.....it took the genius of the century(minato) years to create/learn it....it is simply to hard.....

OT: It doesn't matter what your affinity is. Sasuke can learn it. Oonoki could learn it, etc. It's just a signature move of Naruto's, so no one else can use it ig.

Actually, rasengan became a wind release tech when Naruto added his wind affinity to it. He performed Fuuton Rasengan when he arrived to fight Kakuzu. So yes, they can learn it.

kakashi can use rasengan but you don't see him using it in battle this is a signature move

anybody can learn rasengan.it is not a kekkei genkai.its just shape manipulation and having good chakra control.its your choice to add your element but it will be hard to do that.
