Question and Hello

Hey guys! I need some help. I'm new here and want to figure out how to put a picture on my background on my profile. There is no button to upload an image. How do you do it?

Sorry about the double post, I also want to know how to change the Akatski clouds on my profile. Thanks!

you have to create an album then at your Album Type choose the "Profile-pictures used to modify your profile style"

then go to Customize Profile
and click the background image.
